Me and Jig are on a whatapp group and all these information are from him through this group.
His file is already back and his ECAS has disappeared (it used to be In Process after being encashed).

He is on this forum as well and can see what I write and comment.

It is scary I know, for me being encashed last week (I'm 8th of May applicant NOC 2171 (as Jig) I was so sure of getting PER anyway, but now I'm note till I get the PER email.

Sorry I cant upload it as I haven't got internet access on my phone.

BTW I haven't seen whole letter. It was small part of letter that said that his in not eligible as VO is not satisfied that his duties mentioned on LOR is matching his NOC (a mistmatch of duties with NOC) also stated that experience under another NOC is not taken into consideration & also mentioned that because of that his application is considered incomplete and returned back to you.

What I think is, After CC/DD charge, when they start pre-screening your application that the time when ECAS status changes to "in process". If found eligible they send you PER letter, and if no you end up getting NER letter along with your application and also ECAS status gets vanished.

There is no way to get application updates over email or phone by CIC..... CIC themself will contact you via email once your application is accepted(called as PER)

I have already received the PER. Just want to know whethet my file has been transferred to NDVO or not? One of the forum member APSK wrote that he enquired with CIC about his file and CIC replied by email that his file is alrteady transferred to NDVO.

Unless you have doubts about your job descriptions ,I believe most applicants as you in this category are safe.

Once you receive PER, you application is transferred to mention VO on Generic form.

Which is the most reliable method of payment

1) DD by ICICI bank (6 months validity)
2) DD by Thomas cook ( Deutsche Bank) (6 months validity)
3) Credit card by ICICI bank

It would be a great favor if anyone can anyone send sample DD, for payment to CIC

My dd has been issued from thomos cook bcz they issued dd with 6 m th validity

I am an electrical engineer in managerial post. I got letter mentioning my experience from my employer. I am confused as I feel that my job role covers 20-25% of the duties mentioned under the relevant NOC. Is it possible for someone to share with me some sample letter and the relevant NOC name so that I can get some idea how it should be matched.
