Hello,

This is with regard to ECA from WES I sent my transcripts to WES for evaluation back in May. They came back to me after 3 weeks to resend the transcripts without mentioning any reason and the status was changed to "Waiting for Required Documents"

I again sent them the transcripts attested by Controller of Examination . received by them on July 1st/2nd. Till now there has not been any update or change in the status what so ever. and still shows "Waiting for Required Documents".

Kindly suggest what could be wrong here, have they opened my new envelop yet ?

and how much time should I need to wait for the change in the status ..

I am worried now .

Thanks for replying.

Hello!
Work experience in IT for 20 years. We applied under NOC 2173. Have 6+ years within the last 10 Years.
We think about applying also under NOC 2171. Just wondering if we need 6+ years experience also within the last 10 years in order to get the 15 points.

Eligibility issue: You must have continuous at least 1 yr of experiences in the intended NOC within last ten years.

Point Issue: Your experiences (within last ten years) must be fall into skill level O, A, or B regardless whether the NOC is listed in 50 eligible NOCs or intended NOC.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/eg7toc.asp#results
"In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011"

Hello!
We might sent a second application under a different NOC. Quick question here. We need 15 points for experience.
Do we need 6+ years experience for the NOC we are applying for? Or in any NOC????
Thanks

Is it safe to lodge to applications for FSW?

You cannot give 2 intended NOCs while filling form. If you want to apply 2 NOCs, you have to apply separately and pay double fees.

Thanks! :) have you heard of any success story with 2 applications lodged? How does the process work?

Seniorsss Pls help

I got my degree evaluated from WES which has 4 year canadian equivalency which makes 67 points for me.But the hard copies received has wrong DOB and i came to know it is because of the wrong DOB mentioned in the transcripts sent by my university in sealed envelope to WES.

Now WES is asking me to get the original transcripts again with correct DOB and sent to them in sealed envelope. It will take approx 2 months to get all the procedure done and by that time i am afraid the caps will be filled

I have all my docs ready and was going to file my case.

Pls help me to know how much impact of DOB in WES report will make in my case as all the docs which i am sending(Birth Certificate,Matric,Passport) has correct DOB.

Pls help and reply

They ask for photocopies of degree certificate and diploma conferred from you, and the same from your institution in the sealed envelope.

Regards,
Rick

Do I need to get them attested from someone or self-attest them or send a photocopy simply?

The process work independently. The VO later on will request to withdraw one application.

do we have to mentioned in the form of backgroung declaration that we applied for student visa ?i also applied 2 year back and got rejected

Read carefully the questions in the background declaration form. If the answer is yes, answer accordingly and explain.

CIC has all records and will know if you provide a false answer.

Hi,

I appeared for IELTS on 27th October 2012. My ielts will expire on 27th October 2014. I am sending my application to CIC on 1st August 2014. Should I appear for another ielts or this would be considered valid.

Thanks.

You are valid. It's valid for 2 years, and it only needs to be valid on the date your application is received.

i think If your application received before 27 oct,2014 it will considered as valid....
But do remember cic will consider only general.....
Rest seniors can guide better...

Any NOC at skill type 0 or skill level A or B, within the last 10 years.

And at leat one year of continuous full-time experience in your primary NOC (the NOC under which you are applying).
