When the online status reads "In Process", does this mean PER, NER or could be either?

Sorry, I misquoted - not 8 month but 3 month. It was 8/12/2013 (MM/DD/YYYY) after which files were returned. The date format always confuses me :-[ :-[MacFar said:Century,
Just to quickly correct the 8 month assertion for NOC 2132 IN 2013. My application was received in Oct 2013 (abt 5 months after the process kicked off) but was returned based on cap filled. WE may have other people who submitted before me and got theirs returned too. If the measure of cap filled was based on their update on CIC website, it may appear as more than 8 months because it takes a while b4 they update. In reality, they have many applications that we are not aware of. I know 1000 cap seems high but better to make haste as some NOC's will still get filled by Dec 2014 by my reckoning.
Keep up the good work.

We might sent a second application under a different NOC. Quick question here. We need 15 points for experience.
Do we need 6+ years experience for the NOC we are applying for? Or in any NOC????
Thanks
Hello!Oscar7 said:You qualify with just 1 year experience. Do you not make 67 with just that, in the first place?
