I got roles/duties from my employer on company letter head, but those are not exactly matching with my NOC 2132,

those roles are as follow,
- Work Closely with Customer and Maintain relationship and provide solution,
- to lead onsite team and deliver projects to success by maintaining project critical parameters,
- co-ordination with onsite & offshore team to meet deadlines of projects
- resource allocations and work-load forecasting for team members
- integration of onsite & offshore
- Capability/Competency improvements by knowledge transfer.

Can Seniors me in Schedule3Economic Classes which NOC should i mention for these roles (i dont think its wise to mention NOC 2132) & i cant leave these because it contain 4 yr. of experience.

@ Achiever

My app was rcvd on 8th May

CC was charged 9th July

I have old UCI number from student visa app

U can try checking ECAS with your old UCI then.

It will ask you UCI, last name, DOB & Place of Birth. I will not advise you to give away this info to anyone.
So please check it yourself.

Hi Sanjeev,

I'm also from NOC 2132..to me the job duties don't look like matching those give for NOC 2132 by CIC...it would be risky to send this with application I don't see any words like design, development etc Get such things on the job duty list....

I have a nomination letter for pnp visa from nova scotia and i have also applied for fsw 2014 file reached on 9 june under noc 2174 computer programmer.
I recieved my nomination last week
My question is can i go with both the applications pnp and fsw both

As i believe pnp is much faster than fsw my visa office is new delhi
Any suggestions guys
Hi, here is my recommendation..
Wait for your FSW to process at CIO and then take decision. As you said you have received nomination last week, you have almost six months. Prime reason for FSW recommendation is you can live anywhere in Canada, whereas thru NS PNP you can't live in Halifax even. You have to spend your initial time in regional NS.
Secondly, you will come to know about the mistakes in application, if any.
Do you an employer offer ?

I think you should choose to withdraw your fsw then go with your pnp to the federal stage or just let your federal application go and just keep your provincial nomination on hand for backup.

This is just an opinion. Any other seniors take on this will be appreciated.

Thats a good suggestion......you can apply pnp with in six months so if u like then wait for ur fsw per as fsw will be far more better than pnp ...i have also two apps going on right now ...pnp n fsw..n i was planing the same... ;)

Heh! Mizo - you are a funny guy. "Already delivered!!!" LOL. Relax mate - we are all in the same boat. It has only two stops - one for SUCCESS and the other for FUTURE SUCCESS.

Going by the comments of seniors and moderators as well FSW 2013 statistics, 16th May delivery should get sorted by end of July.

I have a longer wait! My application reached them only on 11th July. My expectation of a response is in the last week of September.

Best wishes to you - please let us know the good news soon. May this coming Eid deliver a blessing for you in terms of a PER!

Regards,
Rick

Thank you Rick for your comments , it's really calm me .
I hope to hear good news for all of us

Hi Forumities,

Just wanted to share my experience with all....
Yesterday, I happened to meet a immigration consultant, he was not knowing that I have already applied for the Canada PR...
I asked for info on the PR...
Consultant: U have not yet signed up with us how can I give info to u...
Me: I don't want any info I just trying to know the benefits that PR will give me...
Consultant: let me not be mean to u since we are talking face to face..

then he started asking me the education, Ielts etc...just to calculate the points and I kept on being as if I donno anything....He then says nobody will give u this info free of cost (and yes in India u find many agents charge u around 1500 Rs that is around $30 saying that they are checking our eligibility through a team of experts!!)....then the guy shows me the CIC page where there is updated info of NOC being filled and he says " I usually don't show this to anybody" and he says these many applications are received by them till date (12/07/2014), when v forumites know that the applications updated are of around 8th may....at last there was a big bomb that he threw on me saying the total cost is 300000 RS (around $6000) spread across 5 installments.....couple of months ago I was in dilemma weather to sign up with agent...but after following the forum became informed of the process and confidence grew in me to apply independently...no harm in appointing agents but one must be informed about the things so that the agents don't take u for a ride, and this forum is doing a excellent job about sharing info

Bottom line : this forum has been doing a very good job of keeping the applicants and newbies informed about the procedure along with every minute details....really hats off to all the forumities...specially the senior members... :) :) :)
