(Maximum 15 points)
You can get points for the number of years you have spent in full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time).

If you read it carefully in the first link, you would understand that occupations under 50 categories are liable to get points.
We will only process your FSW application if you have:
at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience
in a single occupation,
within the last 10 years,
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)
AND
You have
this work experience in
one of the eligible occupations.
As per the BOLD letters there is a condition attached to NOC 2011 i.e THIS experience should be under eligible occupation.
But your mentioning of this second link >>(Maximum 15 points)
You can get points for the number of years you have spent in full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time).
