if trying will not harm me I think I should go for sending again. precaution is better than cure.

It may possible that your application received date may revised from previous one to the newest one.....

+1 for you.
Are you sure about this ? Any reference from where you got this information ?
Does not it depend upon processing time of new visa office if my file get transferred ?
Thanks again.
This has reference to my friend's application in 2011. After getting PER he moved to Germany and NDVO did not transfer his file processed locally. He mailed all changes including new job details and address. In fact it strengthen your case considering your ability to adapt new cultures.
Cheers...

Joking?

If serious, who is Chris Alexander?

Thank god that you are now in PR process. Otherwise your application will be refused if you ask same question while applying CITIZENSHIP.

Hope you will follow canadians before applying Citizenship.

Well Chris Alexander is the HEAD of all those employer who will approve your application for PR at CIO & CHC.

Now hope you got my point.

Hello Everyone

I am applying for Canada FSW program this month and i need your help regarding application form.
I would like to know what document should i submit as i am at little bit confused.
I am married but wouldn't be applying for my wife.I will be the only applicant.

Please list the forms.

Thanks

Anyone here on forum, who has WES evaluation completion date as "17-July" and still waiting for the evaluation result. Its been more than a month since they received my documents and still the status is "Evaluation in progress". I have seen few ppl on this forum who's status changed to Evaluation completed in a day or two from "Evaluation in progress". Tried mailing them twice but got the standard reply saying due to large volume its taking more time. Dont think they check the status of your app and reply back.

Any advise on above? Should I call them up to check the status?

We can only process your application if you:

have one year of continuous full-time (or an equal amount of continuous part-time) paid work experience
in one of the eligible occupations within the last ten years

Source : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

(Maximum 15 points)

You can get points for the number of years you have spent in full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time).

Source : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-experience.asp

If you read it carefully in the first link, you would understand that occupations under 50 categories are liable to get points.

We will only process your FSW application if you have:

at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience
in a single occupation,
within the last 10 years,
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)
AND

You have this work experience in one of the eligible occupations.

As per the BOLD letters there is a condition attached to NOC 2011 i.e THIS experience should be under eligible occupation.

But your mentioning of this second link >>(Maximum 15 points)

You can get points for the number of years you have spent in full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time).

in india if you have completed masters and have done 3 years graduation .. the number of studies would be 17 ...just count the years from Class - 1 :)

as far as ECA is concerned you can submit yr bachelors and masters transcripts .... additionally you can send the photocopies of 10 & 10 +2 certificates as it wont be bothering you .... its good to give more but not less at all :)

i had sent my 10 , +2 marksheet and pass certificate copies to WES along with the Transcripts of Graduation and PG for ECA to WES

Hi,

Please suggest whether I can submit my wife's birth certificate without her name on it? Originally it was issued without her name.

Thanks,

Congratulations ....enjoy

I have 5 years of bachelor degree (I was dropped out for 1 year), and 2 years of master so total years will be 19.

I don't think we really need evaluation report of 10th and 12th standard...

canadream said:
Yes but what if you get a repeated year and you complete a 3 year bachelors course in 5 years? Do you mention only the duration of the course or the time you took to complete the course?
As the instruction states for IMM5669E "Give the number of years for school you successfully completed for each of the following years of education
One way to interpret this would be to mention the time you actually took to complete a course.

Also, ECA counts 2 years diploma plus 3 years degree as a Canadian equivalent of 4 year bachelor degree
So if only years of course are to be counted will school(10)+college(2)+diploma(2)+degree(3) count as 16 or 17 years of education for Im0008?

Seniors any suggestion ? Thanks
