My Birth certificate Has English as well as local native language in the fields. Like Name, Date of Birth, etc is mentioned in English as well as Hindi. Does this need to be translated?

No, it is okay. Most of Indian birth certificate are in same format. Nothing to worry about.

Following information is required in marriage certificate
Your name
Your Spouse name
Father's name of bride and groom
Date of marriage
Place of marriage

Name of authority with sign, date and seal.
Nothing else is required. So, don't worry about national id.

206 posts royston -- have you already posted your application?? My degree had both english and hindi and WES and CIC both accepted it without translation. But my degree has word to word mapping of hindi and english.

yes dont worry about just national id mistake. It might not be that easy to get it corrected. You might have to go for a new marriage certi which can take time... Best would be send this one...

As you said it is partially written, not wrongly written. Don't worry about it. If you are still concerned write a line or two in cover letter explaining your concern and you will be through.

hi everyone. Im a newbie here and thankful to have joined here. Im fsw 2014 June 20 applicant, NOC 3012. I am looking forward for your help in my queries. I would deeply appreciate all your replies. Here are my questions:

!. How to check application status online? I tried to google it and it asks for identification number coming from CIC. When can we get this one? are they going to email that one to us?

2. Regarding the bank statement for proof of funds. Would CIC call the bank for verification? AT what stage of the processing? So, we cannot take the money until the decision is made?

No CIC donot varify your bank. Only Local Visa office verifies.

3. For the employment certificate; Are they going to call the employer for the verification of your employment including the previous ones? I am just worried that my previous employer will not track my employment since I was employed there 4 years ago.

Yes they do verify any of your employer its past or present.

4. I am using bank draft for my mode of payment, is there any way that I will know that I am being charged already? Will the bank inform me if it in cashed already?

Yes your bank can give you information about encashment of DD.

5. Regarding the global spread sheet, how much percentage will it represent the entire applicants globally. I believe not all will enter their data like myself, I didnt do that yet.

No prediction about % of applicants.

UPS.

I personally went there and got 40% discount and they confirmed it will be delivered by 15th and max by 16th.

i have total 6.5 yr of exp, (NOC 2132)

out of that previous company where i worked (2.5 yr) give me hardly experience letter with Dept i worked, but i get letter from my senior on plain A4 paper with Visiting card & notorzied it, ( 90% same as NOC 2132)

my current company where i am working last 4 years, give me duties certificate but it hardly match to my NOC (20-30%) only, but its lies under A&B category

so does my experience point will count 15 for 6 yrs. or only 2.5 yr for NOC 2132,

Please advice.

I think you 90% through for your DD encashment.
This will be confirmed when you receive your PERS notification.
Relax and calm your fears.....all DD 7th may applicants are in the same shoes as you are.

i do checked the status of application every day now its second month running application reached at 116 and since then got no reply got no clue weather my application is in or not or they going to say the same cap got reached dont know how it works
can any 1got idea

Dont loose hope. You will be definitely in cap this year. Wait for 1.5 month to get reply.

Yes....We can say that.
I have an exception of a buddy of mine whose bank still says his DD is yet to be charged while his ECAS is already showing that the application has been received ;D
I believe that 99% DD with ECAS updates have been encashed.
