You will need to include your baby's detail in your application form...this means your baby's detail will be visible on the generic form and you will pay for his processing fee.avatar111 said:Hello Everyone.
Me and my spouse are applying for PR from India. My baby is a US citizen, we are not planning for his PR yet. Will he need any visa to enter in canada OR he can directly land in canada and get his visa on port?
Thanks
A close friend of mine in the same scenario like you sent his application in the first week of May and did not add his baby's details to his application package but only mentioned his baby name on the "Additional family information" form..He received his returned package on Monday of this week.Below is the reason for its returned...
"You indicated on your Additional family information the names of family members i.e (children/stepchildren) that do not appear on your application. All family members are required to be listed on your application and be examined whether they accompany or not"
Please include your baby in the application...if you have sent it,it will be returned. The good thing for my friend is that he already sent another application by middle of June.
Cheers.
