That is exactly what I mean by "the same horn being tooted." That is, the information in the link you gave is not new, and that we have known that for a long time now. Other than what is stated there, or in any other articles, there are no new details on express entry. So, your claim that some people know the details can't be true (because they haven't been announced yet). And you quoted it yourself ,"the model is being worked out." And I repeat again, NO SPECIFIC DETAILS yet other than some clues as to what might happen. If you think otherwise, then why don't you answer the questions here:
1) how are they going to rank candidates for invitation?
2)Is being nominated by an employer or a province necessary for invitation?
3) Does not having a job offer mean no invitation?

That the information is not new to you does not mean it is known by others. Since you don't have any new details to share, let those who need the old details use it for now. My question is with regard to following

1.Iam applying under Financial manager noc For claiming 6+ yrs exp points do I need to be in financial manager noc job role all the six yrs or only 1 yr need to be financial manager noc job roles. If yes than exp prior to 1 yr can be shown only as joining letter and relieving letter as going back to prevoius employer for job role on letter head will not be possible.

2 I have property worth 100000 usd ie 5.9 million INR can that we use as proof of funds. If so what document requires.

Please friends I need an urgent response.

My Sister in Law is considering applying under NOC 0113. She has worked as an Inventory Officer for 6 months in Company A and has worked again as an Inventory Officer in Company B for 4 months till date. The next available IELTS test date in our country is Sept 6 (results will take 15 days) and even if she submits an application to WES for ECA today, she wont get her ECA till maybe September. Therefore we have targeted end of September for an submission of application to CIC. We want to risk it this late because her NOC is not hot.

My question is: by September she will have 1 year work experience for this NOC 0113 and she can get her reference letters from both companies. Is this okay for the application or must she have worked in one company for 1 year at least before she can be found eligible?

1 year of "continuous full time experience" in the primary NOC is required. It's not clear whether this must be for the same company but I think you are safe to apply.

We know exactly the date of the update because it is mentioned. Date Modified: 2014-07-07 -- just search for it .. it is furhter down from the footnote

I generally agree with you. But I had problem with you saying "some people know the details" when in fact that is not true. And besides, the questions that the original poster asked WERE NOT answered by your link.

Anyways, I will stop discussing this topic now as it adds no more value to the purpose of this forum.

Dear Expert,

I got my university degree verified and got ECA report from University of Toronto. But, I did not send my Metric and Intermediate degree, I understood that there is no need to get ECA for these and accordingly I have sent my all documents to CIC.

I hope and pray they accept my application, hope there is no issue.

Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts on this. Will there be any problem if we need to mention about Company C though we do not have any documents? But the problem is we cannot prove this as the truth.

I hope you are not thinking about not mentioning Company C altogether in your application. That would be misrepresentation and possible rejection/ ban from applying to Canada. Even if you cannot provide evidence of work in the company, you can write a cover letter and explain the situation there. But definitely MENTION the company in your forms.

Now m bit confused, one of the group member told, send entire pages of Passport,

Only copy of the pages showing:
-Passport number
-Date of Issue and enquiry
-the photo, name, date and place of Birth.
-Pages showing any amendment in the name, DOB, expiration etc

work experience letter from current employer is enough, but if u need max points for experience then u have to submit previous company offer & re- leaving letters also...
if you have in cash then its good to go..

1. To be eligible, only one year is suffice. However, if you want to claim point for the rest of 5 years, you need to show your experience (roles and responsibilities) in Category O, A, or B not necessarily it got to be fall into NOC0111.

2. No, fixed assets like property cannot be shown as settlement fund. Only bank accounts, FD, stock investment, PF, bonds, etc liquid assets can only be shown as settlement fund.

Note that, Assets= Property+Jewelry+settlement fund.
