Just one query. Did you get 67 points without your experience of 1st company?

my self calculated points were 69 including my first company. All of my experience came from the first company the second and the present company i worked for is less than a year which doesn't count.

For people who are concerned about the below I have listed what I have done in such odd scenario:

Work experience letter

my company gave me an experience letter without duties, so I printed the email traffic between my ex boss and HR and myself to proof that my 1st company policy does not allow to provide experience letter. email traffic was on
I have added a cover letter stating why my duties are not included in my 1st company letter
my first company just provided a basic letter that MR X worked from ... to .... as Tittle etc...
I included my pay slips
I have also added my duties on the cover letter and signed the cover letter with my signature.

Credential assessment
I have included my WES original Report and Copies of my certificates without any detailed transcripts.


Birth certificates

I have translated all of the birth certificates and marriage certificates from Arabic to english and sent the original translated documents provided by the legal translator ( not the original documents)


now I'm waiting for PER...I believe I can get my UCIif i can CIC?

This buttress the fact that applicants need to show verifiable evidences in odd situations like this for them to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt to CIC.....afterall,they are humans too.

I would like to tell one imp thing that I have not sent reference letters as my company doesn't provide that... I have included cover letter mentioning this... Along with solemn affirmation about my roles n responsibilities with my signature and pay slips contract copy and other stuff from the employer.....

It's very okay for her to apply with 1 year work experience from two companies. It doesn't have to be one company only, wish her the best as she prepares her documents

Congrats, but do watch out for PER. PER process takes a closer look at work experience docs.

Unfortunately yes. The minimum of 1 year work experience has to be continuous with no break in between.

Nothing new here, the same horn that's been tooted for a long time now. Still, there is a lack of specific details about the rules that will be placed. For example, how are they going to rank candidates for invitation? Or is being nominated by an employer or a province necessary for invitation? And what's going to happen to the current applicants whose applications aren't already processed by Jan 2015? Will they be placed in the same pool as the new applicants? Or is there an option to do so?

At least for me, unless these details are specified, there is no new NEWS yet.
