I am trying to get hold of my ex-company managers. I have got experience letter from them which is fine but the only problem is, it does not have my pay. I can't find my company boss as the company was closed in 2010. I am stuck now. Everything except experience letter is ready. Am I fine, if i send this letter (without my pay scale).I don't even have payslips with me now but I can try to find them.

Any approximate figures?

Most people don't have paystubs from previous employers handy. But then your IT return papers or just your Tax Deducted at Source certificate (TDS) FORM 16 should suffice for proof of salary drawn then.
I dont think any mid to big size company ever mention salary in experience letter. Oh, by the way, you should also perhaps attach your appointment or offer letter whichever has your number details and breakup. Appointment is better over offer letter.

Don'T worry. 2010 employer is 4 years plus in the past in your employment history. They would forgive you for not including pay stubs. But do include IT returns for as many years as you have papers for, atleast for 3 years minimum.

INR 60K. they know the process well; you just need to do your stuff quickly. And both keep pushing each other in the right way to finish package work asap. Don't just leave on them and sit back is what I mean.

INR 60K for the whole process ? That's a steal compared what i have been quoted!

PM me ur company name, text of the affidavit, situation y u were not able to provide it, and details of all supporting docs.

Generally, in my opinion, if u r providing affidavit

First of all, if should be from some senior employee (i think Oscar7 has already done that successfully)

Secondly, provide official JD stamped by some senior/HR. There are lot of tricks to get it.

Thirdly, u shud have provided all hiring related docs, usually initial contract mentions at least some of ur duties.

But, if u have provided experience letter along with roles & responsibilities for one of ur apps, you shud be comfortable as caps are not expected to be filled so soon.

Otherwise, start preparing another app with above mentioned supporting docs, and also think of some genius idea to extract 3rd copy of IELTS score 8)

I want to use my friend who lives in Canada's address on my self-addresses mailing label. The reason is that I will like my friend to forward my packages back to me expressly in the unlikely event of rejection. This address is nowhere in my application. Will this be a problem?

I sent my application under noc 0013, but some papers were missing, I only sent the original ECA report and didn't send the transcript copy or my diploma copy, so I decided to apply again, my question is will CIC charge me if my application has missing documents? Should I stop the payment? Since I'm applying again and will send my new package within 2 days!!? and do you think I still can make it for nock 0013?

Well, this is something that needs to be done in person, not just over phone / email / courier. At least Indian consultants are not yet that professional. Sometimes they don't even pick phone calls when they are busy with clients / prospective clients.

I had all my stuff ready, still needed to make 3 or so visits. This is after chasing quite a bit over phone. I applied early so there was a lot of rush back then. The choice is yours; less fee should not be the deciding factor especially when you rake in moolah in CAD as well.

True! I'll just pay them and get it over with.
