Hello we are mailing our application under noc 2171 next week. Does anyone know at what stage we know if we still made the cap?
Thank you!

Just keep any eye on the spreadsheet to learn at which date a particular NOC get rejected due to cap.

I have 10 years of experience.

Employers A - 2 years - Company doesnt exist anymore. I have the offer/resignation/experience letters from this company. No colleagues/managers available from this company.

Employer B - 8 years - This is my current employer and I have all the employer and manager letters for this.

Is it OK if I submit just this?
Is it OK if I submit only the letters I have for that earlier employer A? No job duties / etc.

FYI - I am under NOC 2172.
Please advise.

it is not advisable to provide the letters of employer A, because it is nomore. u can show the current employer related letters. u can gain points for 8 years exp not on 10 years.

so I should submit what I have about employer A? Or just exclude it completely from all forms and documents?

+1 for sharing.

hi century,

i am really wonder to see in the spread sheet, your application status is still in "C at CIO"
Hope ur dd got cashed by CIC.

I think no need to show your Company A experience as you will already get all the maximum points with company B

u cannot do that. Because u should mentioned details about ur Personal history and addresses where u stayed i n past 10years in the Schedule A declaration form. In that if u can send those documents whatever u had from employer A and write the explanation of the company doesn't exist.

Note: If u r unable to provide any information as CIC mentioned, write an explanation why u r not submitting with proper justification.

i hope u can gain points for 7+

Show and submit documents whatever you have. It won't harm you and without your documents it could delay processing.
