You have to type your given name in Family name if you do not use surname and NA in given name field. Please refer to quote from CIC website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=014&t=4

In continuation, I would like to share even I have same issue.. My Given Name in passport is Pankhil preet Singh and family name blank..
I wrote Singh as my Family name in Generic form and attached a cover letter stating that I have done so, because bar code will not be gerated if I keep the Family name blank. If required, passport can be changed accordingly..

Dear All , please advise in my personal History : for one year after F.SC exam. i did preparation of F.SC examination again at home to improve marks. Either i will mention this time period in personal History as Studying or Unemployed at home ?

I dont think 2 days we will not get any update. As 2nd July is Canada Day(holiday) being celebrated and employees might have taken 1st July off along with weekend.

But being an efficient employee they must come to office and clear the backlog as many fellow friends are eagerly waiting for their CC being charged/PER..

CIC is very clear in this.. Only General Training IELTS is considered.

But being an efficient employee they must come to office and clear the backlog as many fellow friends are eagerly waiting for their CC being charged/PER..

Clearly mentioned in CIC website only Genral Training is accepted..

In addition to this you need to have 6 bands in each section to be eligible for FSWP 2014

No.. I works in large corporate office in Toronto and we have only 50% people in our office today and we have staff of 100+. Lots of people are enjoying 4 days off I think CIC office will be like this too

Academics IELTS is not valid.....only GENERAL is accepted.
