Hi, very simple. Leave the space blank, fill the rest of the form and validate. Then fill in with black pen, this can apply to any any part of the form(s) where field is difficult to fill online or space is inadequate.
Best of luck with your application. :)

Pipis - Is Blue pen okay ? (just curious)

You should not do that for the general 0008 form. If you can validate the form successfully, it already means the form is complete. If you cannot fill any portion of it then it likely means your information is not relevant or required to the form (or you are putting in the wrong information). But for other forms, you can print and write with BLACK pen.

Dear Namaste,

The question is NOT about putting in one envelope or sending separately multiple requests in multiple different posts. It asked:
1- About a family level check, which I don't think exists. Each individual will need to get their fingerprinting done at an individual level for US$ 18 each. And of course one can send the complete family's documents in one package, as long as individual fees and fingerprinting is there.
2- More specifically the question asked was if the application form needs to be done individually, the answer to which is YES since each form will have a different 'Applicant Name' field input.

Cheers!

PS - Just got my FBI report today. Yay!!!!! :)

I thought this was the question: "Hi guys, does anyone know if for FBI PCC for family, do we need to include two credit card forms of $18 each - one for me and one for my wife or only single credit card form of $36?"

Is it not? That's what I was answering to.

Hi Namaste - that may not be true in all cases. I am living in Dubai. UAE does not have Postal Codes.

So I have to leave the field blank in Generic Application Form 0008.

But I have to write N/A after the form is printed so that it makes sense to the VO.

Incorrect answer! Need to have 2 CC payment forms, one for each applicant since each has an 'APPLICANT NAME' field. :)

No, the information I gave is correct. The instruction from FBI's website says so. And besides, I have done it successfully multiple times.

Bar-code generated after validating Form IMM0008 are generated from information you provided on that form. So that means that if you write anything with pen then if wont feed-up in CIC system when bar-code are scanned. So it is better advisable not to write anything with pen on IMM0008 form.

Postal code is not a necessary information. If the form gets successfully validated without it, then no need to write N/A. Same with other (if available information) such as fax number.

Can you open the FBI CC Payment Form, to understand what is incorrect about your approach?

You just put both names in the applicant name field. And again I cannot be incorrect because this approach works.

Even if you put just one name in the applicant name field, it will still be fine. I put just one name in the form last year (to order 2 copies for myself and 1 copy for my spouse) and this year, we put both of our names in the form. No problem at all.

Seniors i needed your help
I wanted to know if the DD expires before the application is checked is there an alternative to avoid a rejection due to it.

DHL uses a local courier service..chances are that its already delivered but it takes time for the update on the DHL site. Happened with me too..packet was delivered on 16th june but no update on dhl site until 18th June evening. It showed me the same msg as yours.
