You should not do that for the general 0008 form. If you can validate the form successfully, it already means the form is complete. If you cannot fill any portion of it then it likely means your information is not relevant or required to the form (or you are putting in the wrong information). The question is NOT about putting in one envelope or sending separately multiple requests in multiple different posts. It asked:
1- About a family level check, which I don't think exists. Each individual will need to get their fingerprinting done at an individual level for US$ 18 each. And of course one can send the complete family's documents in one package, as long as individual fees and fingerprinting is there.
2- More specifically the question asked was if the application form needs to be done individually, the answer to which is YES since each form will have a different 'Applicant Name' field input.

Bar-code generated after validating Form IMM0008 are generated from information you provided on that form. So that means that if you write anything with pen then if wont feed-up in CIC system when bar-code are scanned.
