No that is just a minor miss, file won't come back for that! If file started coming for such similar small things 1 out of 100 files might have gone through! :) Relax and sleep tight!!! :P

Hi .. I am planning to send my docs and probably will take 12 more days... What are my chances if i submit for 1111 or 0111.

Also amongst them, should I go for 0111 because I guess 1111 will get filled earlier than 0111.

@vijaya

Can your spouse/ son Not accompany you if you go to Canada on a "Work Permit". In that case you need to wait for your PR to be processed as well.
Experts on Visa matter can shed more light.

Hi all.
I think we sholud mail to cic regarding date wise applications received at cic for FSW14 irrespective of noc or category.in our mail we can excuse them that it will be helpful for prospective applicants as well as already applied applicants to guess the date for their app to be accessed. Also it will reduce inquiry mails to cic. Cic may post this data on their web as it is already available to them and there is no risk to post this data.
What are ur suggetions. I think if we all mail to cic they might think to do this and then we can estimate many things.

If we all send mail to CIC then it will delay the processing Sir.. I am again saying lets plan to meet in Canada after January 2015.. Nothing can happen overnight.. I guess they are doing there job very efficiently.. and as per my calculation they are clearing around 50 application in a day.. So.. be cool and calm ..wait for PER and AOR and then go for a long vacation and then plan to land.. and start new life with old wife :-) in Canada..

Hi,

1. No negative implications. In fact its good to be truthful. They will find out anyway.

2. I am guessing you did not select the "international courier" option, hence the delay.

Thanks

Yes i didnt select International courier option. Any guess how long it will take?

Also, I have got the bank statement on black&white paper head rather than colour one. But they stamped and sign on that. Would that be suffice or it suppose to be on colour paper?

Sure go ahead...let us know their reply...

Hi all,

I am in a situation. I applied for FSWP 2014 and my application reached on 22nd May.
I know it will take a long time, and I had applied earlier this year for masters programs in Europe. And I got offer letter yesterday.
Its a one year program + 6 months internship. And I have the option of working (internship) anywhere in the world, even Canada.

I wanted to know if I go for this program, meanwhile will my immigration process will continue without hindrance? I will update CIC about it and everything. But right now they haven't even informed me about my eligibility. I am really confused and don't know what to do. I was thinking to go for this masters program and meanwhile if my process in completed, I can do internship in Canada.

Can anyone help me regarding it??

I am again not sure why people are asking again and again for chances before sending it.. If your role matches with 0111 then send it.. and if the chance about which you are asking will not be there then you will only be loosing the courier charges.. Rest of the money will be with you after couple of months.. Its upto you if you want to take chance or not..

Hi,

Your title does not matter.I would suggest you to go through the below link first and check if your duties are mostly in alignment with the lead statement and main duties:

For alternative to experience letters you can try the following:

1.If your supervisor/HR don't want to give you experience letter, try to get it from someone senior to you within your department;

2. If point 1 fails, try to get it from one of your colleagues of your department; ensure giving full contact details along with the visiting card.

3. If point 2 fails, try to get it from one(ideally two) of your colleagues from your company;ensure giving full contact details along with the visiting card.

4. If point 3 fails, then go for self- attested/notarized affidavit;

NB: The lower option you choose, the weaker the documentation

For all of the above cases, explain in cover letter, why you are not able to get the experience letter from your supervisor/HR. Also ensure providing appointment letter, promotion letter, increment letter, and pay slips.

Thanks

Many thanks CJG1987 and Merrycan for the comments

  • Though I have sufficient funds in my savings account, but I have ECS activated for my home loan. Can I submit three valuation reports of my house. Will NDVO will accept property as funds.
  • Secondly, two of my old companies has refused to provide experience certificate. However, I have joining letter and relieving letter for these companies, will this suffice.
