I saw few 7th May 10.19 AM charge struday. I am also in 10.19 AM list.

I believe brother ashif is the eldest here (being the person who started this forum) so we all get eidi from him all the time in the form of his knowledge sharing and help to everyone!!!! Thanks to him and brother Century has also taken this path so thanks to him as well!!

I had to search through Google(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eidi_(gift)) to know the meaning of Eidi!
Gift indeed.....
My dialect calls it Ebun.....in more reverence to God,we call it EbunOluwa.(God's Gift).
I think the PR as an Edi can only be facilitated by the favour of God.....In other way,its God's Gift....God's Eidi.

To ascertain the payee (elder) and the beneficiary (younger), both of you have to provide the birth certificates (only in Eng/Fr; otherwise noarized translation), if not available, we accept Secondary school certificate as an alternate.

A complex question.. if someone has done similar to this please confirm or seniors please guide..

I was in US 1 year ago and applied for 2174 but file got returned due to Cap.. I got PCC from FBI and at that time I got 2 fingerprint copy of FD258 form.. one I sent and another one kept with myself.. In that form my US address is mentioned.. Now I am in India and I may need (inshallah) the PCC from FBI again.. My question is can I use the spare copy of my fingerprint or do I need to send a new fingerprint taken from India and send it to FBI.. I checked with JK Consultancy in Delhi near Dwarka and they said that they do it and will charge Rs. 4000 for one person and Rs. 7000 for two persons.

Please advise.. I know I can use old fingerprints but I just have doubt because of change in address..

There is one more agency SIFS India which also does it. You may want to check with them for their prices. I had got mine done thru them.

With regard to Fee payment form SECTION A, Name of payer (if different from principal applicant) and address of payer (if different from principal applicant) should I write my name and address on it or leave N/A as I am the same payer and applicant ..

Do I have fill the following forms even if they don't not appy to me or should I include it in my application pack and send blank forms:
•Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada IMM5604E
•Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union IMM5409E
Additional Dependants Declaration Form IMM0008DEPENU

I am PA and App Reached on 5th June'14 and I am from India and Now i have question that if my Company sends me to Canada for 1 Year Project with Work Permit and my Spouse will continue to stay in India with my Son and so what about our furthur process with Visa Offices

Ur application will be processed by New Delhi since u have chosen ur Visa office as NDVO (tht what should be)....

Although u can do ur Medical on Canada and ur wife can do it on India...But for PP stamping- u can ask ur VO to give u the option to send it on CPC-Ottawa....

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

Why there is no visa issue in FSWP 2013 Spreadsheet?
they have applied a year back.
Generally it takes 8 months for visa.
even eager to know your status, did you get the visa?

Hi all,

I am in a situation. I applied for FSWP 2014 and my application reached on 22nd May.
I know it will take a long time, and I had applied earlier this year for masters programs in Europe. And I got offer letter yesterday.
Its a one year program + 6 months internship. And I have the option of working (internship) anywhere in the world, even Canada.

I wanted to know if I go for this program, meanwhile will my immigration process will continue without hindrance? I will update CIC about it and everything. But right now they haven't even informed me about my eligibility. I am really confused and don't know what to do. I was thinking to go for this masters program and meanwhile if my process in completed, I can do internship in Canada.

Can anyone help me regarding it??
