Thanks for answering my queries. One more thing , in the covering letter should i mention that I have the birth certificate but i am not sending it because of the reasons mentioned earlier or should i just write that i am providing SSC along with affidavits as a proof of my DOB? I mean, its not that i don't have the birth certificate, its just that it does not have all the information required.

Well I have verified that the Abu Dhabi office does not process FSW applications. So it is either the NDVO or LVO.

Hi guys, a quick question on the number of years of education in total.

If it took me 16 years to finish a 15 year equivalent of education what should I write in the question under generic form as the number of years of education in tota, 15 or 16?

I hope someone can answer me.

Who told you that?!? You are free to choose the visa Office I guess.

No, you are not free to choose visa office.
Please see the link below to understand which VO is responsible for PR visas based on your country of nationality or country of residence.

Abu Dhabi Visa Office doesn't process PR visas.
If you are resident in Kuwait for more than a year, your visa office should be London.. But also you can choose visa office based on your country of nationality.

Kuwait = Federal economic immigration applications are processed in London

It doesn't matter who signed your app, what matters is, It reached to CIC!
