Sorry but yes. It would be returned. I missed attaching the Original ECA report and sent a photocopy instead. The application got returned explaining this to me.

It was a very long wait for the application to come back to India. [size=10pt]This time they are sending it back by courier I assume.[/size]

Anyway, it would be better to recall your application if not already delivered. Or, send the Original ECA report asap and mail CIO as soon as you have the courier number with you. Oscar7 would be able to help you with the email address.

Hi, you may be getting your forms mixed up because question 12 on the Background/Declaration (Schedule A) requires that you list all the addresses that you have been in the last 10 years or since your 18th birthday. If that is the form you are referring to, then simply put the dates you were in the other country and the address at which you lived/stayed. Since it was a holiday, you couldn't have been working on a full time work visa 'Holiday maker or vacation' as status is just fine. Except you want to claim points for the work experience then you have to be sure you had a valid work visa for the period. All the best with your application

When in UK, I have worked for 1 full year under the 2 year Work and Holiday Visa, and yes I would be claiming points for this experience as it was a full time continuous work.

Under supplementary travels I have mentioned this tenure as Work and Holiday under Purpose of travel

Hi please help, i am in the last stage of sending my application.

I have 2 queries:

1) My birth certificate does not have my name and my mother name is written wrongly(her alias name is written and not her official name). Should i just send the secondary school certificate as a proof of DOB instead of the birth certificate? The SSC has my name, DOB and my parents official names as in passports. Also, should i attach an affidavit from parents confirming my DOB. Since the birth certificate does not have your name, then no point sending it, it will be not be regarded. However, you can include the affidavit from your parents as well as the SSC. The cover letter you include will tie them all together

2) I am claiming employment points based on my current occupation and not my previous ones. So should i just mention the current employment in the 'economic classes' form even though i am attaching the reference letters from my previous employers as well and mentioning it in the 'background declaration form'. This information was told to me by a friend who has already received his PER and he only mentioned the employment for which he claiming points in the economic classes form. Your friend was rather fortunate but the instructions do say to mention EVERYTHING. That being said, mention your previous employment where applicable especially as you are attaching the relevant references

I will be very grateful if some seniors can help me as i am on the verge of sending my application.

I am an Indian citizen who has been a resident of Kuwait for the past 4 years. I have selected the Abu Dhabi office in my FSW 2014 application. I have just been told that I should be selecting the London office. Is this a reason for rejection?

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Should I just go ahead and send them a corrected Generic Application Form via DHL?

Who told you that?!? You are free to choose the visa Office I guess.

Need a help.... I sent my application for FSWP just 3 days ago. Unfortunately, I for got to attach my transcripts with the application. I have already submitted original ECA report, but not marksheets and degree certificate. I am planning to send my marksheets and certificate through another courier, because I have my UCI no. Will send by today? can someone help....my application will be rejected by CIC? Very confused.... what to do?

Since you have your UCI number there is possibility that CIC will attached your marksheets and degree certificate.
So dont wait!!! Send it asap and write a cover letter and mention that you miss them before and please attached with your file with UCI.
On envelope "Please attached to UCI-XXXXX"

Beautiful, you have answered your question yourself. Since you had a valid work and holiday visa, you simply state, 'Work and Holiday Maker'. Other status examples include studying, in detention, retired etc. So you are good to go sir

Well I have verified that the Abu Dhabi office does not process FSW applications. So it is either the NDVO or LVO.

To the Spreadsheet 2014 admins:
Regarding the "Relationship between app. received date and # of days until Fee is encashed / PER / File Transferred" chart;
I think it would be better to remove the February data from the chart please. It does not add much to the meaning yet it causes the remaining of the chart getting crammed and not easily understandable. Just my 5 cents.
