Getting points and being qualified are different. If any of the employment is not necessary to qualify for the FSW, either for 67 points or for the minimum work experience in nominated NOC criteria, then it is not critical to have an affidavit for that employment. At the worst, you will get fewer points, but not rejected.
Guys It is my dream to go to Canada.... But after talking to consultants, they told me only CA, CPA, CGA, CMA can apply for NOC 1111.. i have 4 years of exp in same NOC. Kindly help me.. Getting sleepless nights from past few days thinking this!! My family has lot of expectations from me.. I am a Basic graduate.. but I Have 67 points.. Please suggests all the experts.. has anyone got PER for NOC 1111 widout dese qualifications??

Brother employment requirements is not applicable to qualify for any NOC except some technical occupation. if u have sufficient exp under NOC 1111 and points just leave the advice of ur consultant and apply as early as possible. by the way i have also apply under NOC 1111 and i have no CA, CPA, CGA and CMA degree.

As per my calculation yes you should be in cap...
CIC has published the completed application count and thanks to this forum we can work out that currently CIC is working on 7th May application.
So if in 1 week CIC has received 106 applications for 2174, so roughly in 7 weeks (till 12th June) still cap is not reached.... Also as per the spreadsheet 7th May is heavily loaded day and after that the number of applications has subside.
So for all the people who are still working on package...hurry up....still we have chance to make this year

I have a question, need help and suggestion from all the lovely seniors -
"I have completed B.E (Engineering) and D.C.T (Diploma) I got my transcripts for B.E but the Diploma transcripts is taking time, its already more than 20days and still I am not getting response from them. I have logged a complaint and will be traveling to the University which is in different city.
I have done Diploma a 2 years course and B.E is 3 years for me not 4 years."
So, the question is - Is sending the transcript for B.E (which is the higher degree) should suffice or it is mandatory for me to send both transcripts B.E + Diploma to W.E.S ?
