Hi, Please respond to my query . My profile seems overlapping between two NOCs . What should I do?
Please help me to get my NOC classification right.

I was planning to apply under NOC 2263 but to my dismay I noticed that my roles and responsibilities are similar to 2222 NOC which is not listed under
FSWP.

I was misled by the profile in NOC 2263 which has a cross reference of job profile NOC no. 2222 .

I read through their NOC manual under 2222 category it states

 Inspectors in public and environmental health
and occupational health and safety (2263)

I would like to apply as a food inspector. A passing reference is mentioned in 2263 about Food inspector.

could someone pls help in explaining these cross reference within categories.

Your NOC depends on your main job duties. Since you say you are a food inspector, I am sorry to say but it seems to me that your NOC is really 2222. You can only apply for NOC 2263 if your duties include most of what is listed under this NOC.

yes.. you can do that provided you can arrange another IELTS score (Must) alongwith all other documents

But you mentioned miss sending marksheets/ degree copy, So just send those with Explanation letter & mention your details viz. Name, Dob, PP no., AWB no, Date of recv etc etc. Since you dont have a UCI# its little tricky for them. They may not be able to include your Additional documents of they cant trace your Original submission. .. still worth giving a try as you have nothing to loose but for one courier charges. 8)

Couple more questions

Hi guys,

I've couple more questions:

1) For WES, do I have to send year-by-year transcripts? Can I just submit the final mark sheet with all the subjects for all the years?
2) A friend of mine has lots of gaps in his career after graduation. Freelance work, no work, non-relevant jobs etc. An agent said he can't have more than 6 months of gap without proof. Is this correct?
3) The same agent als said that there is annual fee of some $500 that he has to pay every year to the Canadian government for the PR. What nonsense is that?

Seems like 7th May 1:57 PM applicants are the ones that are charged. Depends on the officer I guess. Seniors plz confirm.

As per our company policy, consultation fees are confidential, although we have standard rate depending on location but final quotation depends on nature of the case, required speed etc etc. We trust each other so no need for sign-off from each other!
