Hi all... I am finalizing my application. I will be sending it on Monday. Based on the global spreadsheet, my NOC is not very hot, but i am still praying.

I just got my IELTS result, I know I only need 6 in all areas, so I know I passed. But can you give me the exact points for these please?
L- 8; S-7.5; W-7; R-7

Also,

1. When filling out forms using the computer, non-applicable areas are immediately "grayed-out" and you cannot type anything in the box. (Ex. when you check NO in questions like "do you have a national identity document?"; the next boxes which asks for document number, issue dates, etc. are grayed-out).
My question is, do I need to manually write "not applicable" in every box after I printed it?

2. Payment - my aunt who is in canada agreed to pay for my application fee using her credit card. She already gave me the info I need. In the payment form, there is a box that asks for the signature of the cardholder, is it okay if I just email her the filled-out form, she then prints and signs it, and send it back to me through email? Will this be acceptable?

3. Supplementary information of your travels form (IMM 5562) - should I include our scheduled future travel in September? Was thinking that when visa officer might request for original passports later and he might think that we have an undeclared travel.

4. Some of my documents are printed in legal size paper (longer than A4) like certificates from our local registrar, is this okay if not all of my documents are not printed in A4 paper?

5. Since some of my documents are printed in legal size paper, can I use a longer envelope? Or should I fold my documents and fit it in the specified size posted in the cic website Wich is "23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope"?

Thank you so much! I would also appreciate a personal message since it's hard to track this thread because of the number of replies.

Based on my understanding of this link : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp
You should get full 24 points.

1- Do not write anything on Generic Application form -> it has barcode generated. In other forms you may write N/A on items that dont apply to you.
2- Hmm tricky question. But the form should be original, i do not believe you can send scanned copies. Your aunt may however mail the form back to you (DHL) but again it has confidential info. Just FYI you do not need a canadian credit card.
3- No it is only asking for your travel history and not future travel.
4- Just make sure your forms are on A4 .. supporting documents come in all shapes and sizes.
5- Why not fold your documents if possible? Maybe someone else can have better feedback here.

I had applied for FSW on 2010. I got UCI no. Should I write those no. while filling up the application now or I can get it blank? I think UCI no. fill up is not mandatory? What about your suggestions?

As for the envelope size, it does not matter if you use a larger size. The size specified by CIC is kind of unrealistic given the weight and thickness of the documents most people have to send.

If you know it then put it. It will make it easier for the officers, since they will have to find the number and put with your application anyways.

I believe the subcap (1000) will not be filled until the end, but the overall cap (25,000) will fill much before that. When ? nobody knows.

NOC 4011......

what you guys think about the expected month of this category to get filled....

As i surveyed there are less number of applicants under this NOC......or may be they are silent visitors....or may be they are not aware of this forumss......

As NOC 4011 was new this year people were not prepared (IELST and WES), unlike the other nocs because lots of them have the documents ready. Expect an increase of 4011 applicants in the next weeks
