As has been discussed many times in this forum already, your application will be rejected and returned if they don't find your degree certificates at the time they review your application.

And, it has also been discussed that noone knows whether CIC matches your original application with an additional document sent separately. In fact, just a few posts above somebody has mentioned that a case like yours got rejected inspite of sending the documents later on. If you already have a UCI number, then you might have a chance otherwise you are in a pretty bad spot here.

This is brutal, if they reject the application just because of not attaching the degree copy...The WES does a thorough scrutiny of the credentials...The CIC can ask for the copies if needed...just rejecting the app is really brutal....seniors pls share any such +ve, -ve experiences..and suggest some solution..

Anyone can help me with my work experience proofs? Since 2005 I work in NOC 2281, but between mid-2010 and mid-2012 I worked in NOC 0111. The thing is, my experience is something like that:

A: Aug 2005 - Oct 2006: Paid trainee 30h/w NOC 2281
B: Jan 2007 - Jan 2009: Paid scholarship 20 or 30h/w (I don't remember, but already asked to my employer in the reference letter) NOC 2281
C: Jan 2009 - Sep 2009: Paid Job 36h/w NOC 2281
D: Sep 2009 - Jun 2010: Paid Job 44h/w NOC 2281
E: Jul 2010 - Sep 2011: Non registered work in same as company F, but they delayed to do a formal hire... I can get a letter from them, but nothing was registered.
F: Oct 2011 - Aug 2012: Paid Job 44h/w NOC 0111
G: Sep 2012 - present: Paid Job 44h/w NOC 2281

Long story short, I need to know which companies and how many years can I put in my work experience form? Please, I'm almost desperate about that...

P.S.: Yesterday I got my new IELTS results, and just 0.5 in Writing to get CLB 8 (got 7.5L 6.5R 6W 6.5S)... =(

You have to put all employments your have had in the past 10 years in the work experience form (and provide experience letter as well). YOu don't have to enter the cumulative number of years in any of the forms. Go through the forms and it will be less confusing to you. As for qualifying for FSW, all you need is one continuous year of full time work in NOC 2281 (if that's what you want to apply for), which you seem to have.

Please re-phrase your question.

There have also been some cases where applications have been rejected for having a wrong office or no office mentioned. So I guess it's a case by case basis depending on the case officer. Good luck to you.

Thats correct!

pllease anyone help me

i got my nomination letter form nova scotia province and i am preparing my documnet to apply for CIC

MY QUESTIAN , about appling to CIC

they asked about copies of some documents and i think all of you guys send to them the document so

when i senting a copy does i am only send a photocopy or after it , it is a must to certify the photocopy
because if i have to certiy it , it will be more easy to just send the original one

As long as the documents are in English or French, simple photocopies are fine. If not, certified translations are needed.

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking whether photocopies should be attested/certified or not?

Then the answer is- its not mandatory. Thats upto you if you want to attested/notary photocopies.

You have to include all of your employment experiences . To be eligible for processing you just need the below:

at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience
in a single occupation, within the last 10 years,at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)

AND

You must have this work experience in one of the 50 eligible occupations

Thanks

I forgot to say, I need to proof 6 years to get 15 points in order to get 67 minimum points to apply... That's why I need to know how many years I can use to apply with my work experience?

They tend to reject incomplete applications. It's not that they don't trust WES report, more that you did not provide them everything that's mandatory.
So, I guess you don't have a UCI number with CIC already? I would still suggest you send the documents immediately with your identifying information. There is not harm in doing that.

As far as I know, the guide only talks about certification in case of translated documents. Rest all can be simple photocopies. CIC can ask for originals, later in the stage of application though.

So, for now, you are fine. Relax.
