Hello Experts,

as per the checklist, we need to submit 6 photos for every member of family (mother,Father, brother). I want to understand if the family includes only the spouse or also mother,Father, brother. Same is the question for PCC, do we really need to submit the PCC for each member of the family or only PCC for spouse is required.

Please help asap.

Thanks.

Brother,

All of the above is applicable for ur SPOUSE AND CHILD ONLY not for other member.....:)

I am applying for the Purchasing manager NOC position and this caught my attention in the NOC description:

"The designation Supply Chain Management Professional (S.C.M.P.) or registration in the educational program of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada may be required."

Do I need to have that in order to apply?

New Day. New Hope. New Beginning.

Really wish that CIO pulls up its socks and starts charging May 8th applicants. May 9th seems too far :'(
Although CIO has followed slightly different practices at different times, as I hear from forum members here. But this is not at all surprising since theirs is a lengthy and quite complex process (as one can read on page 1819, post # 27275). The process of May 2nd to May 5th might have seemed more random since the number of applications for these days were substantially less than the deluge of applications that have arrived since May6th (and I'd guess up to May 16th at the most).

Now for applications received from May 6th onwards, I am quite hopeful the number of applications received daily will outnumber the number of checkers / evaluators at CIC by a very high factor. So an expectation that a May 8th or May 9th application might get opened earlier is wishful thinking, but one that will torment the thinker for sometime. :) If one is a May 9th candidate I suggest press the snooze button for a week and then return next Wednesday to check whether you need another snooze button to be pressed, and if yes for how long! This is just my take, so please do not get mad at me for openly voicing my view on the process for next few days/ weeks.

All I am suggesting is a little more patience and you will definitely received a CC charge / DD cashed news and subsequent PER email. Just remember that some friends from May 2nd are still in queue for that PER e-mail (because of the complex process explained on page 1819) so our number is still a little way ahead. I too think Rohan might be right, May 9th is likely a little far away. Thanks and best wishes to all. :)

I'm a first time applicant.
Whether should i leave the UCI field blank or write "000000" instead because In Generic Form the place where we have to write UCI number whenever i'm trying to type N\A, it's saying UCI field accepts numeric value please enter the numeric.

Seniors please advice.

TIA

Leave it blank. After print out; may be with black pen, you can write N/A.

!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!

The Generic Application for Canada [IMM0008] has changed. It is dated July 2014. I suppose now if your application will reach July you should be using that form.

Could other members comment on this

My appl reached cic on 16.06.14 at 12:55 received by mike. I have updated the spreadsheet.noc 2241. Plz advice which airline will be best to move to Canada. :D

Is 4011 a hot NOC?

No, it isn't. You can see here that the CIC has processed only one application for this NOC so far, and in the spreadsheet that collects data from members of this forum you may see that in total there are less than 15 applications for your NOC. But in any case, I suggest you gather your documentation, fill the forms carefully and submit a complete application as soon as possible.

Good luck!
