It seems CIC has categorized our envelopes according to the NOC codes and performs review process by giving priority to the hot NOCs. This only explains why some hot NOCs CC's encashed although received later date than other "not so hot" NOCs.

We should have a separate thread for CC/DD charges only ! ;D

I know this thread was originally meant for the 'poor souls' only, but the rest of the 'lazy souls' (like me, who are yet to apply) have marred it with questions.

It still is a good time to separate both the things, or it is not ?

New Day. New Hope. New Beginning.

Really wish that CIO pulls up its socks and starts charging May 8th applicants. May 9th seems too far :'(

Yep. ..I'd be happy with just one 8th May charge ;D ;D

That can only be due to categorization, and not prioritization of their work. That is, all the applications (as-received) will definitely be in a queue, but just for fast processing, similar NOC applications could be cleared out in a batch or something.

Just my understanding.

Sorry to post this again.. but i did not get any response..

1.
In NOC Classification document, i can read that 0113 category - Purchasing Managers are expected to have professional certificate like SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) etc

I have done CPP (Certified Procurement Professional).. where should i mention this.. its not a degre..

2.
Does bank mention name of the person on DD..? In case they do, what if i nominate that person as my authorized representative..? Does CIO accept DD on other's name who is representative ..??

Sorry for the list of obvious questions:

In Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)

1. Program under which you are applying: Economic. IS this correct for FSWP?
2. Category of the program : Skilled Worker. Is this correct for FSWP?
3. Immigration Office Requested: Do we just write New Delhi, India? or some detailed address?
4. What is UCI? What to write here if I dont have UCI, leave it blank or write NA
5. In Contact Details, we don't have a PO Box in India. Should we leave it blank or should this be the pin code?
6. For India What is a National Identity Document. Should I select No. If I don't have one? or leave it blank?
7. For number of years of education: I have completed a 1 year of Diploma after my 3 years of Bachelor. So in India what will be the total years? From which Std do we have to count?
8. What is to be mentioned as Current Occupation. My current Designation as it is?
9. What is to be mentioned as Intended Designation. Designation from NOC website..eg Manager, Training and Development?

Thank you for being patient with my questions

Agreed. But then why apps of same catagory received earlier (2nd to 5th) are still pending while apps on later date are under process(cc/dd charge) ?

Or is it that our friends here are not updating the Spreadsheet ?

I think only Marriage Certificate will be fine. Nikah nama is not required

Brother,

For now, it will suffice but on later stage Singapore Visa office will ask u...

Thats what happened for FSW13 applicants...:)

Coz they are well informed that subcontinent applicants do have another marriage document called "NIKAHNAMA".... ;) ;)

I believe there are some occupations that education and experience must be aligned, such as medicine or law. However for most non-regulated occupations, choose NOC based on your experience even if your education is not aligned with that experience.

Exactly... :P :P ;D ;D

In that case at least landing date should be March 2015 :P :P :P
