For Only one degree: BE you will get 21 points

Pls refer to CIC Guideline : "Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer,

Others: Pls Justify response.. don't guesstimate

Job description is very much important actually ...else how CIC officers will come to know what you did in your 10 years. and whatever you did really matches with NOC job description...

IELTS is okay

Age will be be considered at the time when your application reaches CIC

WES qualifies masters is able to fetch 23 else in your case it will be 22

I have applied as FSW (application reached 7th MAY 2014, still waiting for CIC response) I have a few questions on points calculations:

1. EXPERIENCE: my experience is more than 10 years , but expereince letter i sent were having only my designation, work duration and salary. Job description is not included. Will it effect?

2. IELTS: overall my IELTS score is 7.5 in all 4 categories, i calculated 6+6+6+5=23 as language points , is it corrent way ?

3. My age now is 35 and I will turn to 36 in coming November , what age score I will get , can I get max. points 12 ?, technically speaking I am in 36th year of age but crossed 35 years (born 1978 NOV ) .. confusing right?

4. My degree is bachelors in engineering (4 years) what score I will get 23 or 22 ?

please reply as i am nervous, tense and stressed.

. r these same documents?
as we got only in Bangla so we need translation and notarized also affidavit from Translator , am i right?

An engineering degree is a professional degree 4 year program, in my opinion it should fetch 23 points, read below , what you say:

" University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equalNote de bas de page 1). Occupation related to the degree must be: •NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
•licensed by a provincial regulatory body. = 23 points. "

No, because it has also listed which all are Entry-to-Practice degrees, like Pharmacy, Law, Podiatry etc.

WES provide us two sets of reports. One must submit along with application. The other can be keep it with us for further submission at VO.

They are different document...And usually English translated copy of the Nikahnama can be obtained from Kazi Office. U can also do translation by urself (from a notary public)...

I need some information regarding document translation. Can I do it myself, and get it notarized ? But if the notary doesn't understand the original language, then what ?

What is the best way for getting translations done ?

I think only Marriage Certificate will be fine. Nikah nama is not required
