Seems makes sense, My equation is that what are % chances of rejection after CC/DD charged and not issuing PER at later date ??? :-[ :-[
medwiz said:No I don't completely agree...they first do a completeness check on all documents and forms before charging anything. ...that's the general consensus on how the CIO operate...after the charge the do an eligibility review which probably involves checking to see if the applicant does have the minimum required number of points (amongst other things)
I'm sure they don't want to be issuing refunds to anyone unless absolutely necessary...hence the notion that a CC charge or DD encashment probably means reviewing a PER eventually
