DONT WORRY, CIC is not that strict they will do they honor (of ticking YES) themselves. Many have not even provided the UCI but still they got PER.

Please advise, I did not check 'Yes' in background declaration form to the question 6D, though i got an UCI number from last year returned application. BUT I DO mention that number in Generic Application form. I am REALLY WORRYING this is going to be a serious issue for my application on consistency.

This is to share you all that I've received PER by the grace of almighty.
I wanted to reach my application at CIC on May 1st but it reached on May 5.

When did you get your PER. At what time?

Please don't say why some addresses are so lengthy, it is the wrong (large) font size selection in those forms by CIC that is at fault. I am facing the same situation. Names can be long, so for automatic text boxes, font size should be alterable. I guess there is no other option than to attach a separate sheet, even if you have to write a single extra word in a blank sheet.

You can attach a separate sheet to accommodate that bit of information.

If you are doing this, then don't forget to mention your full name, title of the form, question no. being answered at the top.

Also sign +date at the end.

I have done B.tech and then MBA and now i am working with Banks for last 4 years. my roles and responisibilities matches exactly with the NOC 1114. Now my question is if i want to apply for it...Will my B.tech cause any problem because it is highly irrelevant. But MBA is highly relevant. Do they look in to the relevancy of qualification and experience like they do in Australia?? or is 1 year min exp suffice??

Degree Evaluation is required for education point,
Min 1 yr. full time work exp, then you are good to go, if you meet 67 point

Can anybody please share the recent photo requirements for canada FSW application?

Be careful because the photo specs for this application are different than for other Canadian visas and passports!

My current and previous employers are not ready to give work reference letters, so I'm planning to prepare an affidavit and get signed by my manager. Also I don't have birth certificate, so prepared an affidavit and attaching 10th certificate. My question is do I have to prepare 2 covering letters for both reference letter and birth certificate. If yes, what is the format. Please share the format including to whom I should address in the letter.

Question about Work Experience

Although it is getting harder to get responses for trivial questions in the midst of elevated fervor about CC/DD charge, but let me try still.

Is an experience certificate that I received from my employer when I left a previous job enough (provided it mentions the duties), or a fresh one (in current dates) is needed ?

If it mentions the duties I think you're fine, but be sure it matches sufficiently if it is the one you are using to establish your minimum year of experience in your primary NOC.

Regarding the photo specification, they have mentioned that the photo needs to be no older than 6 months..

I have photographs meeting the specification but taken approx 10 months back.. will it serve the purpose or not..

On a lighter note, i still look like the same animal i was 10 months back.. but i am at a remote location and getting a studio which can understand the specification looks difficult.. so i try to avoid that.

Is 10 < 6 ?

If not, then the photos are not acceptable.
