URGENT!

I have just verified that my first name in my birth certificate is NISHES but my first name in all my other documents starting high school is NISHESH.

I have not filed my application yet.

What is the next course of action ?

What about name on your passport ?
Basically whats on your BC must be on your Passport. If you have not made any legal changes in your name.

Dont worry just go to BC issuing office and request them to issue duplicate BC with the same name which is on your passport and all other documents.

Rest ALL documents that I posses mentions my first name as NISHESH. I guess that's how it has always been since high school.

I am currently residing in the UAE so I cannot approach my municipality.

OK ONE MORE DOUBT..

I HAVE AROUND 3.10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.. 2 YEARS IN ONE CO AND 1.10 IN ANOTHER.

THE COMPANY IN WHICH I HAVE 2 YRS OF EXP IS NT READY TO PROVIDE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON LETTER HEAD. AND THE OTHER COMP WITH 1.10 YEARS OF EXP IS READY TO PROVIDE ON LETTER HEAD.

FOR 1ST COMPANY I WILL PROVIDE THE STATUTORY DECLARATION ALONG WITH REFERENCE DECLARATION FROM SUPERVISOR,HIS ID AND BUSINESS CARD, FORM 16 , PAY SLIPS, APPOINTMENT LETTER, EXP LETTER, RELIEVING LETTER TO MAKE CASE STRONGER.

NOW QUESTION IS 1.. IS IT A SUFFICIENT ALTERNATIVE TO COMPANY'S LETTER HEAD.

2.. IF I RESIGN FROM MY CURRENT COMPANY WITH 1.10 YEARS OF EXP AT A LATER STAGE AFTER SUBMISSION OF FILE, DO I NEED TO INFORM THAT I HAVE RESIGNED ???

If you are aware of bar codes and still submitted without those, you are a brave heart and heed nothing.

Hehe. I have read the guides again and again. I also have cover page for each and every section guiding the evaluator what supporting documents i attached and remarks for easy understanding and cross referencing. Helpin them easily spot and assess information they want to see. There in the cover page for the cic forms i explained no matter how i tried the bar codes pages were not generated.

I also have cover letter and applicant's profile pages before the checklist.

Probably you need to go the affidavit way. Senior members can comment on this. As having a spelling mistake in BC may cause some issues with CIC.
