What do you mean 'fix' the documents first ?

I am not in my Country of birth. Are you suggesting getting a new birth certificate is the ONLY way ?

My passport's first name is NISHESH. My BC first name is NISHES and my Class 10 marksheet is also NISHES.

Rest ALL documents that I posses mentions my first name as NISHESH. I guess that's how it has always been since high school.

I am currently residing in the UAE so I cannot approach my municipality.

Please advise !

Your father/mother/siblings can do this correction at municipality.
In my case my mother went to the issuing office and gave parents id proof xerox along with request application. And in two days she got it correct BC.

I think as per point no 12 in checklist, self declared affidavit is not accepted from Self employed peoples.

For your info line from checklist-
NOTE- Self employed individuals must provide documentation form 3rd party individuals indication the service provided along with payment details. Self declared main duties or affidavits are not applicable evidence of work experience.

Document checklist said "Self declared main duties or affidavit are not acceptable evidence of work experience". However, there is cases, where it has been accepted in past provided other documents are very strong.

You can get new documents with correct name from issuing institutions by showing the affidavit. when you will have all documents corrected, then apply.

Yes, pls check your last year (returned) Application Forms ... UCI No. -8 digits must have been filled by CIO with pen in the "Generic Appln Form" -> Personal details -> Item 3) .. quote that UCI for future.

Would all the returned applications have UCI specified? OR any specific criteria for issuing UCI?

Hehe. I have read the guides again and again. I also have cover page for each and every section guiding the evaluator what supporting documents i attached and remarks for easy understanding and cross referencing. Helpin them easily spot and assess information they want to see. There in the cover page for the cic forms i explained no matter how i tried the bar codes page were not generated.

I also have cover letter and applicant's profile pages before the checklist.

Then I have to edit my comments:

My Parents are in the UAE as well and I have no one back in INDIA for at least the next 2 months.

Can i get some sort of an Affidavit in the UAE itself ?

I am a professor in college affiliated directly to University.
4011 people be ready to see charges on CC. And DD people can check with bank nxt week.

I HAVE AROUND 3.10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.. 2 YEARS IN ONE CO AND 1.10 IN ANOTHER.

THE COMPANY IN WHICH I HAVE 2 YRS OF EXP IS NT READY TO PROVIDE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON LETTER HEAD. AND THE OTHER COMP WITH 1.10 YEARS OF EXP IS READY TO PROVIDE ON LETTER HEAD.

FOR 1ST COMPANY I WILL PROVIDE THE STATUTORY DECLARATION ALONG WITH REFERENCE DECLARATION FROM SUPERVISOR,HIS ID AND BUSINESS CARD, FORM 16 , PAY SLIPS, APPOINTMENT LETTER, EXP LETTER, RELIEVING LETTER TO MAKE CASE STRONGER.

NOW QUESTION IS 1.. IS IT A SUFFICIENT ALTERNATIVE TO COMPANY'S LETTER HEAD.

2.. IF I RESIGN FROM MY CURRENT COMPANY WITH 1.10 YEARS OF EXP AT A LATER STAGE AFTER SUBMISSION OF FILE, DO I NEED TO INFORM THAT I HAVE RESIGNED Huh
