Hi,
My app reached on 26 may. I have included a SSC leaving certificate a instead of a BC. This leaving certificate has my name and dat of birth, but does not have my parents name.
Really worried if it will suffice ???
Any advices?
Any body in the forum who got his PER with such document?
It is giving me sleepless night

Of course a consultant won't feel the same pain as the applicant once the application is returned due to cap fill, so their emotion is not attached at all to the process. They are merely there to do business and to get more clients for their existing business. I agree only a handful consultants would have ethics that they can boast of. But that should not come as a surprise! Did 'anyone' expect more out of this one time temporary relationship? I sure don't!

There are many on that date did not get PER. Start worrying when you find yourself alone in the list.

I have just verified that my first name in my birth certificate is NISHES but my first name in all my other documents starting high school is NISHESH.

I have not filed my application yet.

What is the next course of action ?

Didn't include bar codes because it didn't appear ??
how it can be possible when it is a must included page in d package. they take d validated info by scanning those codes. thats what i have heard

For the benefit of the may5 received applicants and succeeding days the cic is slowly moving now.
I received PER 9:08 am ns canada time june 13, 2014. 8:08pm philippine time.

My app was received 5 may 1:18 pm. Noc 1111

My dd was encashed may 29. That makes timeline 24 days from receipt.
PER receipt is 15 days from encashment. Timeline includes weekends.

Additional info:
I stapled forms per form title and some docs but not everything and did not staple to bind it all together.
I used long envelope.
I didnt include bar codes bec it didnt appear after validation. Validated? Yes, it is indicated in the form validated.

Brother,

It ill be better if u could take it with CAD converted balance (optional).

For FD- u will need a FD certificate and a statement...

Funds in INR will also be fine. A lot of candidates have that.

The guide allows handwritten forms so with that, there will be no bar codes.
Our office pc has a lot of restrictions and my laptop has older version of programs. No matter hiw i tried it didnt
The bar codes will make their encoding easier. ;D

Dear All:

Can someone on this forum highlight the detail of making a phone call to the CIC from outside Canada to inquire about the application submitted.

Thank you all in advance

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

You may use Sys. Engineer Analyst or System ENG. Analyst. I would prefer later option as ENG. is universally accepted short-form of engineer not sure about Sys. for system

Secondly, most probably you are going to need additional page for explaining your duties & responsibilities answer it there in FULL as well.

I am really sorry to come again and again with so many doubts....

For the same form I can fill the year of employment, but not able to fill month....any idea ????

If you are aware of bar codes and still submitted without those, you are a brave heart and heed nothing.
