Please resolve my query as my case is nearly done.
I applied in FSWP 2013, in NOC 2134 but my case returned, as cap reached. CIC quote UCI number on application first page with red pen.

This year I am reapplying under NOC 0911,
Do I need to quote UCI number on my application ??
Do CIC have any history of my last application??
What would happen if I dont quote UCI number on my application??

You have a UCI number that remains the same for life. You should put it in the appropriate space on your application. But if you don't, it's not a major problem. CIC will find your UCI from your name and date of birth.

Nobody knows how much history CIC keeps from applications that are rejected due to the cap. They MIGHT have kept a complete set of copies, they MIGHT not have kept anything. I don't believe there is a definitive answer to this.

However in case they do have a record, I would be careful not to put anything in your new application that contradicts what was in the old application. Of course you should update anything that has changed. And you should also feel free to apply under a new NOC if you wish; many people are eligible under more than one NOC and so long as you are, it won't be a problem even if CIC has a copy of your old application. The sort of thing that would be dangerous to change would be employment/educational history (except for additional employment/education achieved since your last application), family/background info, etc. That is my opinion on this point.

New Delhi. You have not been legally admitted to the USA for a full year so you cannot apply at the visa office responsible for applications from the USA.

Also when you say "submit"--note that all applications go to CIO-Sydney first and then are routed to a local visa office. Yours will be New Delhi.

You need to get PCCs from India and the US, and any other country where you have lived for 6 month or more since reaching the age of 18 (16 in some jurisdictions). You may need multiple PCCs.

The reality about that NOC is that it has VAST coverage. It is like combining all the NOC 111x and NOC 217x together, so like 8 to 10 NOCs that are now in the list this year. That is why it filled up as quickly as you say it did! Plus, only 500 seats per NOC did not help the case either, if you understand what I am saying. Peace!
