Really, you don't need to change it as it won't affect your final Job placement in Canada.
Once you are in Canada, you can absolutely apply for any Job in any company that you want as you are not limited only to to your NOC....atleast for now,the rule is still like this.
Just pray and hope for your PERS..that's what matters now.
Cheers.

Yes my friend. Praying :) :).
Considering the statistics, I hope i get PER in coming 2 weeks as I my application reached on 9th May.

At most, VO can investigate whether your supplied documents are genuine or not - bank manager in that case will only verify your documents and legally bound not to supply clients information to any 3rd party. And VO may ask again for proof of fund: in that case, only bank letter is suffice. I personally known a few who borrowed money, deposited in the bank, get balance certificate, supplied to CIC/other embessy, returned the money - they have landed safely.

However, if VO suspects that the fund you are showing are borrowed (may be by matching your income with your proof of fund) they may ask for the bank statement for certain period of time. If you caught or cannot give proper explanation, they will make you inadmissible for Canada for at least 2 years.

So if you want to show your borrowed money, you assess your risk and return. The decision is your.

Perfect explanation. Decision is yours.

+1 for Century

You can withdraw , but there should not be significant deviation from what you have shown as your settlement funds.

Your local VO may ask for latest bank statements at a later stage , to make sure the fund was not borrowed .

Thanks

Hi cjg1987,

How many months of bank statement will VO ask if they want it to verify again later.

Well no one can answer that question. It depends on VO.

Consider anywhere between 3-12 months.

Thanks

The recent cap update most likely covers May 1 to May 2 Appln. Since the cap page is updated on 6th Jun, CIO has issued PER's to May 1-2 Applns only till 6th June.

CC/ DD encash may be Rejected PER (2-3%) possibility that's why it wont get counted in Cap updates of 6 th June until they receive PER (which will get reflected in subsequent Cap updates by CIO).

What is meant by 6th may is cut-off date?

Hello - I have a question around additional family information. Since my spouse (dependent) is also supposed to fill out that form, should he write his name as the applicant and then my name as the spouse? (Yes... & in spouse email id- fill your mail id, include his immediate family members . viceversa, for your Form

Also, for bacground declaration, the form says no gaps for personal history section - i was unemployed for a year in between jobs. So that will be a gap. should I explain it somewhere? - Just dedicate one row to it in the table.. Under 'Activity' put 'Homemaker' (or anything suitable to your circumstances)... NO need to explain it further

This I have tried to explained to applicants without success.
Your bank institution will normally not provide salient account details with a third party without contacting you.
Unless you are been investigated for criminal records,it is then the government of the country can grant permission for such to be done.
The best CIC or V.O can/will do is to confirm the authenticity of the bank's document you submit and confirm from the banking institution if you maintain an account with them....other than that.....nothing else again.
If your V.O have any doubt about your proof of fund, they will ask you to provide an update for a specified current date.
This advice does not say applicant should act fraudulently....but this is just the truth about your POF.
Cheers.

Hi Friends,

I am really disappointed that my WES evaluation was finished on 19 May and it was sent on 21 May, it is almost 18 days now and I still did not recieve the packet. I took the option of normal registered post.

Could anyone please suggest me whether I will get this packet or should i lose hopes on FSWP application ? I am ready with all the other documentation and was waiting for this from past week. I am really really scared if the report reaches to me even this week, then my application would reach CIC by 20 June. And I fall under the hot 2174 code.

Generally how long would it take to reach to India and is there any way to track it ? I have tried all possible ways by calling to Canada post and asking for help but no potential answer. :( :(

Suggestion / Help would be highly appreciated.

Well I am guessing you are from the sub-continent , and therefore you have made a mistake by not choosing the express mail service.

Hope for the best .
