Dear Kollins, Thanks for the reply.
I am also assuming that the package is on its way back.
So i already have one more copy from the WES and i will get the IELTS duplicate copy in one or two days. So i can resend my application.
But the real worry is that i dont know the reason of objection, untill i dont know why its being returned. how can i resend my application. Please share some thoughts on that. I know it could be because of CC. I will be more happy if they will say the payment issue in the email. I will use the DD instead now.

what are the chances of getting my application returned ?

- Is is safe and secure way of payment. Do I need to take any extra caution?
- Payment form mentioned to put (X) to select type of card, but if I select it shows √. Any solution for that?

Other few questions:

If application get rejected for not matching NOC JD, Does CIC return the money? In my understanding my JD 75% match with given CIC NOC JD.

Please help.

Dear Bijoy, Why do you wish to ignore DD as an option for making payment; the risks with DD are substantially lower? Just my 2 cents!
Once you have made a DD you just sit and relax; don't have to worry about fee related issues whatsoever.
Yes hopefully money will be returned if roles and responsibilities don't match with the CIC requirements.

Don't worry...its not a reason for rejection or denial.
You are good....its not a personal or supporting documents for you as a person....its meant to return your package just incase you aint successful which they dont even use.
you dont need to update them.

Hello All,

I have a query ,

My Job reference letters are an year old.

So far I changed 3 companies.

So does it mean I need to contact all my current and previous organisation for the same ?

I am sure this time they will not issue the same , as even last time I faced lots of difficulties to get the job reference letters.

Please advise what should I need to do.

ALso Just to add, I want to update the responsibilities with my previous employers , I feel anxious as I know they won't entertain this .

Please help and advise at the earliest would be really thankful to u.

I applied for NOC 2113, and my application was delivered on 25th April, 2014. But i have't got any news from CIC as of now. Though i have emailed them regarding the status of my application, can some one please tell me that even if they will return my application. Will they give me the reasons of returning the application in the email? I am asking this because if i will be aware of the reason i can re apply under the 2014 FSWP program.

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply!! Some more questions for your expert suggestions....

I had applied for NOC 2174 and my application is currently with CIO (reached on 26th May'14). Since, 2174 is a very hot NOC, i'm not sure whether i'll make it to the cap this time. Just to be on the safer side, i was thinking if i could also apply for another NOC as my previous company's experience closely resembles with NOC 2171. Even though i have applied for NOC 2174 this time, i have claimed points for my previous experience (NOC 2171) by providing my previous experience's reference letter. If i was to apply for NOC 2171, do i need to get an updated reference letter? Won't the previous reference letter do (that i have enclosed while filing for NOC 2174)??

Sorry for asking too many questions. But i hope you'll understand my dilemma.

If your previous NOC2171 experience letter is fine (as you claimed)....you are good to go.....The only different thing in your next application will be q12a....which will change from NOC2174(your previous) to NOC2171 (your new interested NOC).
if you are interested...get the relevant originals and send your application package as soon as you can.

What have you written in your application? They told me that they too are not sure weather i will get 2nd copy or not.
Rules are changed and will not issue 2nd copy.
I have already signed and compiled my package . Ready to send but dont have IELTS marksheet only.

Thanks for your feedback. Tried to get DD from my bank. But they have so much formalities to complete. That is why going for CC option. I was upset in the morning after coming from bank, but feeling good now by using CC option.

1.CC is a safe mode of payment...though generally I always advice to go for DD since DD have no history of failure while CC have.
2.Its okay with the payment form...leave that way.igf you are not satisfied(LOLZ)...use black pen to do it...its accepted.
3.CIC will not even deduct your processing fee if your JD doesn't match.
Since yours is like 75% match,you will be okay.
