You really do not need to put the details in your application package.
After your PERS notification and AOR notification, you will contact your local visa office to inform them on your new baby and they will tell you the necessary things and dues to pay.
Just relax for now.
Cheers.

thanks kollins.. i was really tensed about this..

Hello

This forum offers a really great opportunity to connect will all the FSW 2014 applicants and I would request you to kindly provide some guidance in my case

Currently I am working in the domain of Mechanical engineering in a an Aerospace company. I had applied in the category of Aerospace engineering on April 28th 2014 as the cap was still not filled for Aerospace engineers and I was hopeful. But on May 1 2014 unfortunately the category of Aerospace engineer was deleted from the skilled occupation list and I was hoping that I will recieve my packet by May end so that I can reapply as a Mechanical engineer. But I have still not got the packet yet. I know for sure that they wont consider my application in Aerospace engineer as its no more in the list. Wat should I do ? Should I send a new application under Mechanical Engineer? In my case my job duties falls both in the categories of Mechanical and Aerospace engineer as provided by the Canadian immigration.

I really dont want to miss this opportunity.

Thank you

Hello Seniors

My convocation certificate from the university has 2 languages on it. It is printed in hindi and the same has been translated in english at the bottom of the page. Below the english translation there is signature of registrar.

So do I need to get this document notarized. The translation is already given by the university people. There is no need to get it translated from outside.

Please advice. M really worried because my application will reach CIO tomorrow on 9th june monday.

Please reply to my above query.....

a) Assets : What do I have to mention here ? My wealth statement figure which include all the deposits, accounts and property e.t.c ? or just the deposits that can be en cashed anytime? [ONLY INCLUDE ASSETS WITH VERIFIABLE VALUE, such as deposits, accounts, mutual funds etc (liquidity is not a concern, verifyability is. You can include value of your property as well if you have (a) value assessment report by an authorized evaluator or (b) you have a loan against the property because the assumption is that bank would have done the evaluation and given you loan of lesser amount. However, in case of loan, just use the value of loan as property value and explain it in your cover letter ) ]
b)Liabilities : I guess its about loan or mortgage ? [yes, no need to show car loan (at least i did not included it) as cars are pretty liquid and cover the value of loan but make sure you have not included car in assets, as well]
c)Settlement funds : What should I mention here ? it says "unencumbered transferable and available funds" which include property too alongside investment e.t.c ? [here liquidity is a concern, include all deposits, mutual funds, bank accounts for which you can provide a proof that you can take them along with you at the time of landing]

NOte, there is NO benefit of showing EXTRA funds, if you meet the minimum requirement for size of your family. Its good enough.

I am submitting Income Tax Return and Wealth statement since last 6 years and so. Can I use these document as an additional proof ? along with the letters from bank ?

Furthermore, shall I use Credit Card for payment or demand draft/pat order ?

You are eligible to apply provided your job duties matches those of mechanical engineer and you are able to get signed experience letters.
Do you have the originals of IELTS and ECA reports ?
If yes.....you should prepare your application as soon as you can and send.
Cheers.

Hi friends,
As I am filling the forms, I request you to help me on the following:
In the question relating to residence in other countries for the past 5 years for more than 6 months (and in other similar questions),
a) Should I take it as the total number of days lived in a particular country exceeding 6 months in past 5 years?
b) In my case, it is nearly 20 trips to 2 countries and the total exceeds 6 months in each. But the travel dates are scattered. Does it mean I write all the dates. As there are only 2 rows in the form, should I print 10 pages of the form and write 2 in each or can I attach a word file with my own tabular column listing the travel.
The following words from the guide is the source of confusion:
If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application
Thank you for your kind help!

You should mention all the trips beyond 6 months. You can attach a separate word file print out. Dont forget to mention your name and the name of the form at the top. U also need to mention the question num u are answering in the form..... hope this answers your query..... :)
