Certainly a good thought. :-)

Although 75% questions asked are on information already provided either on CIC website, in the Instruction Guide (IMM EG7000) and/ or in any of the application package documents. It is about making the effort to go through these materials.

The world is not expected to be perfect (thank God, it is not perfect) and therefore we are not restricted to the 25% really useful questions here that might not be available through the above mentioned artifacts.

But it sure will make life easier for a lot of people who are providing answers, by saying please refer to page 1047 for example, if many FAQ answers were listed at one place.

Totally agree with you.

By adding general necessary info in the first post, I didn't really mean to cut people off with their questions & simply asking them to refer to some other page/post for everything. In fact, there will always be some unique questions related to filling up the forms or related to their case in general, answering such questions might be helpful for someone else down the line too. I mean that's why we are all here for, to help each other out. But if someone merely asks for say affidavit format or processing steps, then they could be asked to simply refer to a particular post/page & save each other some time.

Yea, even though a lot of information available on CIC website, people generally feel little more confident when it comes from another "human", be it their consultant/lawyers or forum members, doesn't matter if it's the same information, but a feeling of reassurance is always helpful :D

Will the complete PR Process happen in Sydney Canada? Or will it come back to respective Country Visa Offices after some stage

Dear Seniors

I have a little worry in my application. Here in Dubai, some expats here doesnt work of what is in their visa designation in the residence visa stamp. Like for instance, i work as marketing coordinator but in my visa is secretary. In my case, i have also submitted my visa as proof of my residency.

But i am applying for noc of marketing professional occupation. I even have my business card attached and my employment certificate from my company working as Marketing Coordinator.

But since i have my residence visa included in my application, would it affect my chance? As i know it is contradicting. Can someone give me a feedback please?
Thanks

Dear brother,

I believe it should not affect ur application....Since u can go UAE with one job responsibility and can be placed with another Job resp later.... very logical....

So u need not to worry about this as long as u have the job duty papers from ur employer . Thats what is my opinion....:)

Just cool... 8) 8)

Hello Seniors, please I'm new on this forum and I have the following questions:

On schedule 3 Economic class form

1) the occupation on 12a and 12b, is it the NOC occupation or the actual applicant's job title?
2) on 12b the space provided for main duties is too small to contain even 5 words. How do I handle that?

Thanks for your anticipated suggestion and guidance

Guys !

If the conditions changes during the process of immigration ...then is it normal....or it may danger your application ?
Conditions changes i mean to say :

Job lost
or
Address change etc..

i really hope they wont look at that part. They have received my application last June 05. (Thursday). Keeping my fingers crossed..
Also, do they really do employment verification? I actually kept my application as confidential as possible. But if they will do verify, i will be caught. :o

Dude, you got the PER... why worry now.... :P :P
Job or address change will not gonna impact on your application decision. You just need to update local VO when anything changed.

Stay calm and positive... :-*
