I have a little worry in my application. Here in Dubai, some expats here doesnt work of what is in their visa designation in the residence visa stamp. Like for instance, i work as marketing coordinator but in my visa is secretary. In my case, i have also submitted my visa as proof of my residency.
But i am applying for noc of marketing professional occupation. I even have my business card attached and my employment certificate from my company working as Marketing Coordinator.
But since i have my residence visa included in my application, would it affect my chance? As i know it is contradicting. Can someone give me a feedback please?
Thanks

I am no immigration expert, I am a novice at this. I believe an immigration expert/ lawyer/ consultant would be in a better position to answer your query. Since this is more of a legal issue that you are describing. It is a question of how CIC views the designation on visa of a country versus what's on your experience certificate/ business card.
You could go with ashif's response (he is quite experienced here) or double check / get an opinion with an expert/ professional in this field.
