Can a person who is studying in Quebec apply in this program if he has all the necessary skills and experience ? Is their any need of some document/letter to tell intention of not staying in Quebec but of living in Canada ?
Hi, you can apply for FSW regardless of wether you are in Quebec or other parts of Canada. Quebec is in Canada but they maintain their own immigration system. You are allowed to apply to multiple immigration programs so this means you can apply to Quebec and also apply to CIC through FSW. If you are successful in both, the choice is yours on where to settle. ;)
Best of luck.

1) Your friend should write down the full names of his/her father and mother. Both of their status are not required here.
Their status is required/requested on form IMM 5669....he/she should fill their status there.

2)The affidavit and photocopy of the newspaper is enough.he may also just include a cover letter to explain it further.

On your entry....Which should be removed?
Time stamp June 2nd,2014 or June 5th,2014?
June 2nd,2014 DELETED

Cheers.

Thanks Collins however I am still not clear on the first point.
In the form IMM5406E "Additional Family Information" there is a column called "Marital Status" against Mother and Father as well. If the father has expired what should be written in this column against their names?
In the form IMM5669E there is a column for date of death, thats clear need to be filled in this case, my question is for form IMM5406E

Seniors please provide your inputs on this, its urgent.

Thanks

What will happen at latter stage if both are accepted ?

FAQ

If I have a year of work experience in more than one eligible federal skilled worker job, can I apply more than once?

Yes. You can apply as many times as you like, under the same immigration program or different programs. But, you must pay a separate application fee each time. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=864&t=6

Can I withdraw my federal skilled worker application?

Yes. Contact your local visa office to withdraw your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=108&t=6

If I withdraw my federal skilled worker application, can I get my money back?

It depends. Your fee will be refunded if the office has not begun processing your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=109&t=6

But do I need to attach some letter or other document to show my intention of not staying in Quebec ?

Yes I guess many people will start popping up. Newbies please update the sheet.

I think, we should not answer the queries of those people who are not in the spreadsheet. Newbies, please provide details and ask as many questions as you want. Is it too much to ask???Collective boycott would help here :D

My input:
Marital status of deceased; Not Applicable
Marital status of deceased's spouse: widowed

My advice:
Marital status of deceased; Not Applicable
Marital status of deceased's spouse: widowed
