I haven't received my ECA (from WES).
If someone did undergrad and postgrad in two different countries; in the Credential report in the option of country, credential, year, awarded by -what actually they write? Do they mention both country and both institutions name?
It's my situation actually. So getting confused! And just waiting for the report.

May be I am not understanding your question. For two degrees from two different countries I had both my transcripts sent to WES. My Indian degree transcript was sent by me (after getting it from the university) while my foreign degree transcript was sent directly by my university abroad to WES. WES then sent two pages of records for my undergraduate and graduate degree respectively. Where is the issue at, if you could clarify?

I did WES like quite a while back, so can't recall any further. Thanks!

Sorry for the rejection of your application but you need to check your work experience reference if it aligns with the main duties as listed here

If it doesn't,it means your work experience does not match your chosen eligible occupation.

THANK YOU so much for quick reply.
Ok, so it is not a perfect match to the requirements. I will ask my employer to modify the letter.
Do you think I can send a letter with a better match, or will it look like I am modifying my experience to fit into their requirements?

Hope I will meet the cap again!! It was first received May 5

Hot? Well,if you ask at what rate do I think the cap limit for this eligible occupation will be reached,I will tell you I don't know but I will tell you it might be one of the "slow moving" occupations as it is a new addition and so it will take prospective applicants some time to get their documents together (and my opinion is,don't expect a 1,000 cap limit for this occupation, the cap limit for this occupation might be less than 1,000)
Thank u so very much the wise one !

Also, I have a second letter from previous employer under NOC 1111.
I read I can apply to both, and pay separate processing fees, but do they only take one of the fees and return the other??
Please advise

HI Everyone, I need your experience
I applied for FSW 2014 under 1112 but just received my application back.

They sent me a letter that my application does not meet the requirements and they highlighted "NOTE: Work Experience"
Does this mean my employment letter did not meet their requirements? Some of my job duties did not match 100% but in general I am a financial analyst 1112.

If I ask my employer to re-write my letter with more of the matched duties can I re-submit??
So sad happening this to anyone.
Responsibilities do not need to match 100%, even 25% would do. Did you have the reference letter in proper detail. Brief lines might not represent your case fully. Try to analyze your documents for clue, correct the mistake and reapply ASAP. Best of luck.

Hi. That is a good question, but no, they send PER and then calculate points. It is all mentioned in the Operational Bulletin. Check section 12. You can find the document under Publications on the cic website.

Thanks mate!

Hi can2174...

What do u mean by batch?? As in category full so no more charges??

batch as in say batch of 100 applications of NOC 2174 have been recieved already so it will send these 100 applications first to local VOs, then they will process other batch of other NOCs and so on.

I don't know why but I think FCFS is only applicable for cap and not the order of processing. This is just my opinion, i am be wrong though.

Sorry to hear about your case? Which country did you apply from? Was the letter provided by the employer or a self-written affidavit? Make appropriate changes by referring to the hrsdc web site matching the role you are planning to apply. All the very best!

Sorry for the bad news dear. could you please tell us when your file reached the CIO? to which county they have shipped your file back?

Thank you and good luck. send again for sure.

Ok so I will have two pages records, one for undergrad in my own country and another for masters from other foreign country. If I am not wrong..!!!! I thought all will be written in one document. They are taking too long, making be tense.

@Can_2014

Really unfortunate to hear, well it is not necessary that all your job duties meet NOC, in general 6-70% is considered acceptable. I have sent you a PM, kindly check.

If you feel convinced the modification is not just so your get a PER but one that is true and a fair reflection of your work experience, please go right ahead.

Sorry to bother you Can_2014, but could you please tell us the date on the letter from CIO?

Thanks.
