If a PER is received, does that mean points were calculated and is ready to be sent to local VO?

Hi. That is a good question, but no, they send PER and then calculate points. It is all mentioned in the Operational Bulletin. Check section 12. You can find the document under Publications on the cic website.

Hi, I have one doubt please help,
I checked with Bank today for DD and as per them no Bank in India can issue DD with validity for more than 6 months, Is there anyone on this forum who made DD in Indian bank and has validity more than 6 months

First of all relax and don't worry bout validity.

In India as per RBI norms, validity of any DD would be 3 months only. You can't go against the RBI regulations not for Visa too. Generally they will encash your DD before three months.

Even I have applied with DD. and there are so many who have applied from India and with DD. If you can't have CC and want to apply then you have only one option DD.

I have inquired with various consultants and last year applicants. They told me that if they will present DD after 3 months and it will not be encashed then they will ask you for visa fees and won't reject your file.

So concentrate on your other documents and apply ASAP.

CC got charged
After a year long wait I can write this.

My CC got charged 1:30 hr back. App rcvd: 6th May, 11:25 AM, NOC:2173.

There are two aspects to your query
1) Do you want to convert your application from FSW under NOC to FSW arranged employment. Then you can get any job be it a DBA or Network admin or project management. CIC won't care.

But for that you need offer letter from employer & +ve LMO(which right now HRSDC is taking 6 months to issue if all docs are submitted without any issues)

2) If you want to expedite your processing of exisisting FSW application, I think you can do this only if CIC finishes processing of ur application and issue you PER(67/100 points is mandatory and you cannot escape that).
I am not sure how will CIC treat if your job is in project management. I would recommend you to keep the offer letter with you if you get one. as soon as your file reaches local visa office, send the offer letter to visa office, they will try to expedite the processing of your application. This is what i read in FSW13 thread, few of them got PR

Do you think they have the capacity to finish 1000 cc charges for both 1112 and 2174 at this point in time? I rrally dont think so and knowing that there are Saturday and Sunday before May 5 that will make 1000 applications on thay day.

You sent an invalid document and your application will be rejected. You must have a minimum of 6.0 band in each language ability.
