I have sent my documents for WES ECA , It arrived their office on Monday earlier this week. But in my WES account , it still shows waiting for documents, If you can guide me when and how often WES updates their website. and how to confirm whether they have started evaluating my documents, I am a bit concerned.

just transfer some cash to your credit card.. it will be considered advance payment.. and your credit card limit automatically will increase..

For local currency account, it will always work.

However, for foreign dollar transaction, in our country, credit limit for international transaction is fixed by approval amount in the passport. If I have credit limit amounting to USD1000, and if I put USD2000 in my dollar account, still the transaction limit will remain as USD1000.

So, best way should be to make communication with bank and get the limit raised.

Many people are in same boat including me.. you can send them a message on their help portal. But nobody knows their system and they update within 3-4 days normally..

Re: Photocopy of Passport

If I'm not wrong, we need to give photocopy of those pages of passport which contain following information;

1. Passport number
2. date of issue & expiry
3. photo, name, date & place of birth
4. any amendment pages

Well I noticed somebody talking about giving also photocopy of the pages that contain VISA and Seal.

Can somebody suggest which one is preferable?

Pages with the underlisted are ok.

Just to give you an idea based on my experience, they received my documents 28th of May but they updated my status from waiting documents to document received this Monday. And earlier this morning, the status is evaluation in progress.

I know this might bug you .. But I am new to this forum .
I have sent my application for NOC 2173 and i have made an entry in the Spreadsheet .
Can someone please tell me that is there a way to track your application when it reaches CIC office ...
I guess there's not and we just have to wait

Your courier service should let you know when it has arrived CIC office.

I am married but without any child. I am not filling up following forms..
a. Statuary Declaration of Common Law Union
b. Declaration of Non- Accompanying Parent / Guardian for minor immigrating to canada
c. Additional Dependent / Declaration form

Can somebody reconfirm if this is OK or not..?

Yes.....also the representative form is optional too.

Query regarding Additional Family Information form..

I included names of my parents and brother in the form..

Should i mention name of sister in-law (Brother's wife) in Section-C..?

Section C is for your siblings sisters and brothers,half brothers and sisters.
If you have mentioned the name of your brother in it already,it makes sense that his wife will be positively assessed by your status too as you are related to her husband.
You are not permitted to include your inlaw there...Instruction says Brothers,Sisters(including half -and step-brothers and sisters)

what is the aprox time between CC charged and PER/NER?
if its NER, the time duration is same as well? and what is the criteria to be its an NER after cc got charged?

Hi seniors

I am seeking assistance from experienced seniors. Thank you for your time in advance.

On the columns of the main duties (of the Schedule 3 Form, Q.12b), we have only wrote " please refer to the attachment" by meaning of looking for the reference letters(experience letters) we attached instead. Would It be alright?

Or you would recommend to send a replacement? (for example, filling some duties, and write refer to the attachment for full details)
Our parcel reached at the CIC office on the 21st of May. It's gonna take a while before it's being processed.

Would it be wise to send a replacement at this time? or you think we could get away with it since the work experience letters are attached?

This solely depend on the vecto power of the assigned officer in charge of your application.
ordinarily,you should have attached a separate sheet listing all your Job duties to the schedule 3 form rather than leaving them to take your experience letter as the "attachment".
It would have been much better if you have a UCI.
Just to clear your conscience,you can send it.
My opinion is that you will be considered....and my opinion is based on getting a non-frustrated officer to access your file.

My application was received by CIC office canada on 28th may 2014.

my query is that i have mentioned CC as payment method. and since my Credit card is new , its max limit is 50,000 rs. i applied for limit enhancement and bank is delaying the process.
will my application be rejected if CC is not able to get charged?

YES....but try harder with your CC max limit.
Is 50,000 up to your processing fee?

I have one question, my credit card has been charged on 2nd of June and I’m still waiting to receive the PER. My question is I have not submitted the police certificate with my application, When and to whom should I send the police certificates??
