The reason behind this is 2013 cap for these noc reached very early.. Mostly before june 2013 and local VOs who might have evaluated those applications by feb /mar this year . so those VOs must be free and CIC wants those VOs to look into hot NOCs so they can optimally utilize VOs..

Undoubtedly, 2174 is the hottest NOC this year. Still if your application reach till 20 June, there are good chances that you will make it.
Relax and be positive. Try your best to post it asap.

Good to see a lot of guys receiving EPER while other have got their CC charged.

Looking at the trend in the Global Spreadsheet, I believe majority of those who had previous UCI have got the E PER. While the CC have been or currently being charged for applications received by CIO on May 6, 2014.

Today, I got WES email that my report evaluation has been completed. It's also available online. While in "Report Shipping & Tracking" section, following information is mentioned.

Evaluation Report
2 copies sent by International Express
Date Sent: June 3, 2014

How can I track the WES delivery? There's no tracking number and which courier do they use to send report?

I have sent in my application a week ago and by reading last few messages I am a bit worried about my son's BC.

The original birth certificate issued by Ministry of Health was submitted to Indian Embassy and they kept it in their records. And they issued me a Certificate of Entry of Birth which states that it is a true copy of the original records kept in their records.

Also I have attached a translation of BC issued by MoH along with its copy, The issue is I didn't notarize this copy as I had no original.

I know that nobody can answer this for sure but seriously looking for something comforting.

Please help me which is the right/best bank. Is HDFC the good one ?
Second The DD has to be issued in CAD $ 1250(2x550+150 for 2 adults and one child under 22).
Third what do I have to mention DD is payable at ...... ?

Did you pay extra to get express delivery. There is an option while submitting an order with WES and the package arrives within 3 business days. If you have not, they usually prefer Speed Post as per my experience.

There is no way you can call CIC and get status updates on your application. Just wait and pray for yourself.
Also do check your mailbox..... I hate to say this, but your applciation might be way back home with explanation.

Yes I paid extra $85.00 and selected International Express option. It's also mentioned below in the shipping method by WES but they didn't mention tracking number.
