Same boat here. The CFA certificate isn't a degree that will get you extra points under education and doesn't assist you with any particular application requirement. I think it helps make you look better as an applicant when the reviewer is judging your ability to establish yourself economically in Canada. I included it under education and noted in an annexure that I am not intending to claim points for it.JAMAL007 said:Dear NOC 1112,

I am not sure if the CFA institute issues certificate, you might be level 3 cleared and that is a great achievement. I can undesrtand its much more pains taking than a university degree but unfortunately that will only help you on the job front. Also, to use the CFA charter you need qualifying work experience, so do not use it unless the charter is issued to you else you will be against the ethics that you studies for three levelsfuture_canadian said:Same boat here. This is true but CIC may or may not take it seriously depending on the country it's from.patelbhavik said:Because if we send a notarized true copy it authenticate the documents. After all we are doing too much for application then this one is simple and easily doable formality so why can't we do that.

I guess it just establishes your NOC as 1112 beyond doubt, provided you have relevant job experience. I think he is talking about Claritas certificate as CFA is a charter.future_canadian said:Same boat here. Of course. They are asking for completely different information. Read the document checklist so you will know what is required.ali1982 said:if u have provided ur spouse's details on generic form.do u still have to fill additional family information form for ur spouse ?
