Quick question, how did you know to check before PER? did u have previous UCI?

You may want to go back to consulate and get it done. They do usually as it was their mistake.

HI,

Just to clarify, birth certificates issued by the consulate are not accepted in the USA and I presume the same applies to any other country. Birth certificates can only be issued by the Ministry of Health and it should mention that it is taken from the true extract as in their record. Since you were spouse was born in Dubai, you would need to reach out to get the birth certificate from the ministry which will be issued in Arabic. You then need to get that translated and stamped by the ministry of foreign affairs. I had done a similar procedure for my wife but it was for Kuwait. Search up google and all the best because its a long task unless you have some relative in that country.

Note: You can skip this hassle if you have any education certificate that has the date of birth. But its better you start with the formalities assuming someday you want to migrate to the USA.

I have CFA Certificate, how this Professional Certificate will affect my application? However, I have file my application with 70 points.

Same boat here. The CFA certificate isn't a degree that will get you extra points under education and doesn't assist you with any particular application requirement. I think it helps make you look better as an applicant when the reviewer is judging your ability to establish yourself economically in Canada. I included it under education and noted in an annexure that I am not intending to claim points for it.

I am not sure if the CFA institute issues certificate, you might be level 3 cleared and that is a great achievement. I can undesrtand its much more pains taking than a university degree but unfortunately that will only help you on the job front. Also, to use the CFA charter you need qualifying work experience, so do not use it unless the charter is issued to you else you will be against the ethics that you studies for three levels

Because if we send a notarized true copy it authenticate the documents. After all we are doing too much for application then this one is simple and easily doable formality so why can't we do that.

This is true but CIC may or may not take it seriously depending on the country it's from.

I guess it just establishes your NOC as 1112 beyond doubt, provided you have relevant job experience. I think he is talking about Claritas certificate as CFA is a charter.

if u have provided ur spouse's details on generic form.do u still have to fill additional family information form for ur spouse ?

Of course. They are asking for completely different information. Read the document checklist so you will know what is required.
