Well, while Canada is family oriented but the only benefit of "spouse" in immigration is Adaptability points, so if u or him reachs 67 without those points there is NO OTHER BENEFIT IN THE IMMIGRATION PROCESS.

May i know which country are u from. because u can claim common law union ONLY if its LEGALLY allowed in your country. If its acceptable but not legally allowed, i don't think that you can claim it.

Regarding, acceptance of these docs, you may check the CIC guidelines in detail at following address and document checklist. IN my opinion these docs should be enough, if lease was executed more than 1 yr ago and account/insurance are continuing for more than a year.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

The other benefit of including a spouse on your application is you can bring them with you...

I am not sure about common law unions but I believe you can declare them even if they are not legally recognized in your country. I remember reading something from CIC about how you can explain a common law relationship that is shunned in the applicant's home country (because it is homosexual, for example, where in Canada that is perfectly fine).

I think I am out from the race as my CC is not charged till now.. :( :( :(

If I call CIC will they able to tell me what happen to my file?

Way too early to tell if you are in or out.

you should wait for sometime .. dont get depressed , 6th May people have just got charged and your 5th May
sometimes.. they look into many aspects.. but still you can give call its difficult for them to reply before 7-8 week of submission date of applicant's submission

You can get everything checked by your friend or someone in family to be double sure....as a thumb rule i use..if you are single and not using any consultant total number forms should be 7, if married & kids below 18 then 9 forms ...Good Luck!

I am not sure if the CFA institute issues certificate, you might be level 3 cleared and that is a great achievement. I can undesrtand its much more pains taking than a university degree but unfortunately that will only help you on the job front. Also, to use the CFA charter you need qualifying work experience, so do not use it unless the charter is issued to you else you will be against the ethics that you studies for three levels :-)

CFA Institute does issue Claritas(r) Investment Cerificate. It is different than CFA Charter, which you get after you have completed 3 levels, have relevant experience for atleast 4 years, and have formally pledged to observe professional conduct.

Undoubtedly, 2174 is the hottest NOC this year. Still if your application reach till 20 June, there are good chances that you will make it.
Relax and be positive. Try your best to post it asap.

Cheers.
