Note: If you are including your police certificates with your application to the CIO, please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months earlier. Police certificates are generally valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. However, if a final decision is not made on your application before the expiry of your police certificate, the visa office may request that you provide a new one.JAMAL007 said:Dear All
I have Police Clearance from FBI - USA issued last year in October 2013. Can I use it? Getting a new one is very difficult. Please advise

I don't see anything wrong with that. Make sure all dates match in Background Declaration and there are no gaps in timekissmyass said:The letter I've got from my university in Canada mentioning that I am a graduate student, is dated November 2013. Would it be Ok if I send it? Just asking about the date.

I'm curious to know, did you get a job reference letter that states "some" of your job duties? How did CIC determine that not all your job duties were listed? Or is a case where your listed duties did not match intended NOC in their estimation?ravi12 said:Hello Guys,
I have one important news yesterday CIC returned my file because i had not listed all the duties and responsibilities.
Can i apply again?
My employer gave a new letter with all the responsibilities.
What is the process to apply again because they have already removed the transcripts.
