RELAX! PCC is good to provide with the application, but not MUST HAVE (as per checklist instructions, it can be sent later as well).

If your exising PCC is not acceptable, it will slightly lengthen the process at VO, as they will ask for it.

Again, not more than 3 month old is just a guideline. If your application is processed in less than 9 months (i.e. in less 365 days from issuance of your PCC, VO will not ask for new copy).

For your comfort, the one i submitted is 4 months old and many applicants have not even included it.

SO RELAX!!!

Hello:

I have sent my complete application with the PCC, which was little more than 3 months old (102 DAYS OLD).

I realize it can not be older than 3 months at time of submission. Can this lead to application rejection? Or CIC will ask me to furnish new PCC at later stage?

Please advise.

Since PCC is one of those item where you may submit them later - I'd think you wouldn't be rejected but instead the application package might be returned to you. So, I'd apply for a new PCC ASAP so if you are lucky and receive your file number (AOR), you may submit your new PCC with a letter asking the VO to attach the new copy to your file. But I'd wait until receive the AOR to do so.

Hi any idea if you can reapply under same code?? E.g. if someone has made mistake than is it necessary to wait till you get rejection or remain too worried??

You can reapply under the same code. If you have all necessary documentation i.e. original WES and IELTS I don't see why not. Make sure you know all the things wrong with your prior application so it is not returned again!

Guys
For Proof of residency all these below documents are rquired or any 1 or 2 of them:
Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of:
• lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment,
• monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
• Credit card invoices and bank statements.
Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six (6) months old from the date of your application submission

Check the document checklist extremely carefully. If you've included all applicable items on it you are good to go.

I have applied last year under 2174 and application was returned due to cap reach.

They have written manually UCI on Generic Form in my returned application.

Now in couple days I will be applying again under 2172 NOC.

Do I need to include UCI they given last year, or can I just leave it blank? Is there any effect on application if I dont write the UCI number?

If I did write UCI, as I am changing my NOC from 2174 to 2172, will it affect application in anyway ?

Chances for NOC 2132, If applies on July 25

Hello All,

I am applying for NOC 2132- Mechanical Engineer. Unfortunately I do not have any date for IELTS before 10th July. If I give IELTS on 10th, I will get result around 23rd July. Then what are chances of success if I applies on July 25?

Seniors please guide me and give me your valuable feedback.

You must inform your UCI in the generic form, don't leave it blank. It won't impact your current application since you were rejected because of the cap, which is not a demerit. As for the NOC, if you have at least one year of experience in 2172 and can provide a reference letter reflecting this, there should be no problem. But I think it's best to report the rest of your experience the same way you reported last time, with NOC 2174. You can still apply under 2172, even if the majority of your work experience is under 2174, provided that you have at least one year of experience under 2172 in the last 10 years.
