For WES,

The date on my final year TYBA marsksheet is June 2002

But in the convocation certificate it says the Bachelor degree from University is awarded in Dec 2002

So for WES should I mentioned the Degree awarded date as the date on the marksheet or date on the convocation certificate

Hi,

I have few questions regarding Generic Application Form IMM0008ENU_2D. Please help.

1) Country of Residence >> Status. Should I select "Permanent Resident" OR "Worker". I am living in Dubai since last 4.5 years and having Residence Visa (work permit) valid for 3 next years.

2) What should I entered Language Details for Child (9 months old)? Same as parents?

3) National ID for Child: As per Pakistani government rules, they just allot NIC Number to child and mention it on Passport as well but don't physicall give the National ID (NIC). Should I mention his NIC # or N/A?

4) Current Occupation: Should it be exact my current designation [Business Analyst] OR can I write like this Business Analyst (Information Technology) for more clarity?

I think you should submit your application as soon as possible, the renewal of iqama can be done later, your iqama should be valid at the time of submitting the application... dont delay you app,, even after the renewal the iqama number will remain same . plus i dont think CIC will ask you to re-submit your iqama at any later stage.

by the way, whats your NOC ??

My intended NOC is 1111, but I still waiting IELTS result, I am just concern about Iqama as they mentioned in check list pint # 16 about prrof of admission " if the extension of the original status has been obtained, the evidence required would be a document issued by the ministry responsible for immigration matter, providing an extention up to one year or beyond"

@Samoo2014

If you have Saudi Iqama, you are permanent resident in KSA.

Total points as per my calculation is 72

Lets see what happen's this year will i be in CAP of 1000 or not

Did you appeal to WES? I am currently appealing my report and it shows as "review in process". I hope they correct it.

Hello Experts,

I have a query regarding the DOB (Date of Birth Certificate) which has to be included in the CIC FSW applications. For some reasons I didn't hold any DOB certificate and also have applied where the status is in progress.

I was planning to send an application by end of this week which DOB will not be available by the time.

kindly suggest me for any supporting valid documents works instead DOB certificate.

Regards,
Phani

Dear Brother,

Please add ur SSC marksheet which includes ur DOB and Parents name....

Check the below comment From CIC that has sent to an applicant:

"We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate."

Hi Guys,

Could you please kindly let me know if anyone who has applied for 2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers
has got acknowledgement from CIC or their DD has been cashed?

I have applied for 2174 and my application was received on 11 May 2014. How long do I have to wait? I have send charge through
DD. Please I really need help. Thanks

@Samoo2014

The statement highlighted by you is only applicable, if u will use VO of country of residence.

Forgot to mention one thing, in my case (country of residence & Nationality) both have same VO.

In your case, if both are different, you may need further clarification on this point, from some expert.

Just relax and wait. CIC just started charging for the people who submitted on 1st and 2nd May. You might need to wait another week.

1. Worker seems better since you are not a permanent resident.
2. u can write urs or put N/A. shud be fine either way
3. Its better to put N/A. because otherwise theyll expect NIC copy for the baby too as well and then u you will have to send another explanation
4. Write your designation. They will be able to understand the type from job responsibilities.

These are just suggestions. Others might be able to answer better.
