I used WES, No mate, i am not using any consultant so i have no Idea,

I sent my application through DHL on 22 may 2014. and it reached Sort facility New York on 25 May. and track history still shows the sort facility new York from last 2 day. any one having same problem who apply on or after 22 may 2014.

Brother, my application waited in Sort facility for two days also <FedEx>. I guess its common because 24 & 25th May were weekends.

Dear Brother,

My thinking is a bit different guys....

One thing is that compare to 2010/11, online users are increasing at a reasonable rate.....So its not actually decreasing ....in that case thread readers are also increasing abruptly compare to any years earlier..

U are telling percentage is .01%...Its not correct in my sense...

On FSW13, percentages has calculated approx. to 15-20% (which may vary to different NOC). And the last PER date was matched for any NOC of 2013 (inside and outside of the thread--I have seen several example).


So spreadsheet applicant count vs individual NOC count (300) pictured this 15-20% (in some NOCs, this % was even higher). So thread participant is actually going higher compare to prev yrs and the calculation of % is actually getting higher than that u are discussing...

U can verify this by going through of FSW13 spreadsheet:

And none of the NOC (HOT and COLD whatever) will end by one month....

Thats what is my opinion...

My wife is main applicant and we both are showing our savings, PF etc. as required fund.
I (dependent applicant) am having a home loan and a personal loan on my name.

Will it get settled if I mention my flat as asset or do I need to show more funds?

I have sent my degree package to WES.however problem is that my mothers name is typed wrongly on all my degrees. I thought of changing it , but issue came because my 12th std certificate had that error,so my university asked me to change that first ;
So do avoid any delay I forwarded my marksheets with typo error to WES.

Now I am worried can this create any problem while my application is getting evaluated by CIC.
I heard that WES report will have only my name.however when i will be sending photostates of mark sheets to CIC,they can notice that and can reject my application.

Please advice or recommend any solution : how I can avoid this problem
Also her name on passport is typed correctly and 10 th certificate is not having name.

How about her name in your passport and 10th Certificate?
is it same as in your 12th certificate and degrees?

Dear Seniors,

I had applied for FSW in 2009 under NOC 2283 but the file was returned in 2010; as the NOC 2283 was not in the eligible occupation list at that time.

My question:-

Now I would like to re-apply under NOC 2173/2171 with matching duties to get the max points for experience. Please advice can I do the same as the file was returned to me with NOC 2283.
Did the CIC kept the records for the previous applications. If YES than I will not make any changes in duties of 2009-2010 and if NOT I can update the duties of 2009-2010 to match the current eligible NOC!

Please suggest
