1. Explain it in your cover letter
2. Provide your pay stubs (as much as possible for last 12 months)
3. Provide statement of your salary account as a proof of salary
4. Last yrs Tax certificate provided by the company or your last tax return
5. Your employment contract, will also have your starting salary in the organization. Attach it as well, even if your salary has increased
6. You also need to include an affidavit that the company does not provide it but your salary is XXXX and as a proof above mentioned docs are attached.
